This is the best thing in the world. My dog gets carsick, and it's still 90 degrees in September. I hate taking her to the groomers in the heat, and she behaves for everyone but me when it comes to the grooming/bathing process. Angie came over today and in an hour, with no fuss, with no projectile vomit in my car, my pup is groomed! She did such a great job! I also feel like my dog was treated so well, compared to when you take a dog to a groomer where they're one of many; assembly line dog grooming. Of course my dog was not uber pleased about being forced into looking civilized again, and likely will be suspicious of walkies in the future, but she came out all bouncy instead of exhausted. I live in a condo, she texts me and I open the parking gate. I drop my dog off and go bCk to my place to take care of a couple of things and within a half hour she's done. Angie is such a breath of fresh air! I was told by our previous groomer, that she couldn't groom Charlie, who we rescued last October, anymore because he was a biter as he was still used to being groomed after being on the streets for years. Angie pulls up in her beautiful, amazing, pink mobile parlor and I was immediately impressed. I loved that it didn't look like a claustrophobic dark van and I was able to be there with Charlie during his grooming. My dogs instantly took to her.. u can tell she has a good grasp on dog etiquette. I have two chihuahuas n a Pomeranian. Both chichis hate getting their nails done but came back with nice short nails.. n my Pom can't stand the blow drier but it seemed that she just knew to be patient with them.
