They contacted me couple of days before my reserved date to change the pick up date. When I went to pick up the chairs no one was there even though I paid for the load in fee. The chairs were dirty and had bad odor. I wiped the chairs myself but it still had weird smell to it. I paid for bunch of add-on fees that I felt like it was rip-off. I have used this company multiple times in the past and have never had an issue. We ordered 40 white chairs and tables. The chairs have black marks and rust all over them. Called in and was told we could get faded black chairs or pay 2 more per chair for the nicer black ones they have. I had a hard time understanding why they did not comp the additional cost as the ones they gave us looked so bad. We were stuck and could not get chairs or tables from another source. I just rented 5 tables and 40 chairs. iCelebrate is very easy to work with, I couldn't tell them exactly how many chairs/tables until the very last minute. I over estimated earlier and had to pull back the numbers last minute. They require payment at the time of reservation but they were quick to give me a refund. They automatically added an extra charge for loading and unloading which was fine since the guy was much better loading that I would have been. I was however a little disappointed in the fact that the tables and chairs were not as clean as I expected. The tables had residual tape and black marks. Not a big deal because we were using table cloths. The chairs were another story though, a few were sticky and others had some kind of black marks on them. I had to have one of my helpers wipe down the chairs....minus 1 star. read more
