I had a very small and not very profitable job to be done and despite how silly it probably seemed to her, it was handled very professionally and I was happy with the results. I have a lot of respect for this place because they gave me respect when I brought in a tiny and kind of silly (but very sentimental) little job for the and I was taken seriously. This place is the perfect example of doing amazing business that makes people want to come back such as myself. I had a last minute singing competition and I was going to wear my wedding dress for my performance. I called them and I can only guess Angie answered and said that if I came within the hour she would have the dress ready within the day of the competition. The competition was Thursday and I came in on Tuesday, and they're closed Wednesdays. Every shop I called they turned me down and said it was too soon. She has a lot of customers as I have read yet she took me anyways. She is awesome! I am picking up my dress Thursday at 5 PM and take the stage at 8 PM! I'm excited to see it. Thanks so much! My granddaughter had senior prom last Friday. The previous Monday, upon trying on her dress, concluded alterations were necessary. I called Angies quickstitch and explained our dilemma . The owner advised our granddaughter to come in and promised to rush the alterations. The dress was going to be ready by Friday. They called Thursday, the dress was ready and was beautiful. I went to Angie's to have my wedding dress altered for my January 2016 wedding. I came in a few weeks before Thanksgiving and they told me that I had more than enough time in order to get my dress altered. Depending the time of year, they told me they usually don't need more than a few weeks! I had three fittings in total and each time they helped to make sure that the dress fit how I wanted. I thought that the prices were fair. They also steamed my dress for me. Everything was done to my liking and in a timely fashion. A few of my bridesmaids had their dresses altered here as well and also had good experiences. I would definitely recommend Angie's if you are looking to get a wedding dress altered in the area. read more

There are not words to explain how amazing Angie is. She altered my wedding dress and all my bridesmaids dresses! My dress had a lot of lace applicants over the seams of the dress and you would never have known she took them off and reapplied. Such an amazing job! Hands down the best I have ever been to. My friend is also using her for her wedding dress and the bridesmaids too. Oh and best part her prices are more than reasonable. Super cheap compared to what the bridal salons are asking. Absolutely awful service. I got my wedding dress altered here price was insane and they were so rude. I was given attitude when i wanted to try my dress on for the final fitting to make sure the alterations were correct because Angie had pressed it. Then theu gave me attitude about pressing it after i tried it on. I wouldnt take my dogs clothes here. Do not use Angie very rude! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend Angie's quick stitch on 87th and Ridgeland. I picked up my daughters bridesmaid dress and there was grease stains all over the front of the dress. When I told the owner she said "your daughter did it! She was touching it!" She's was referring to my 7yr old that did not touch the dress because I was the one to put it on her. Also, we were there last week for a fitting and there was no stains and she was eating in the back. She yelled and told me "well what do you want me to do!" She did all this in front of my 2 children. I won't say I was innocent and didn't raise my voice and say things to her but she then called me a f*cking Mexican and told me to get the f*ck out of her store. We continued to exchange words where she continued to swear at me and call me racist names. Instead of admitting to her mistake and try to clean it, she decided to yell , curse and call names. Horrible customer service and her work was not that great! read more
