She allowed me to try on the clothes , explained to me how the alternations would work and which ones would fit me best while still taking in my ideas and my opinion. When I was also there she continued to show great customer service . She finished my clothes before I went off to college and they were great. Not only did the clothes fit correctly but they also came back in the same condition as they were before , meaning that they had no smell or stains. My coats always need to be taken in a significant amount in the waist, which can be challenging. I asked angie if she could use the material from the inside pocket as the patch. She said ok & wrote that on the ticket. When I went to pick up jacket she used another material, that was not the same color or the same feel. I was not happy. The instructions were on the ticket! She had one job to do & she messed up. I don't know why she didn't do what I asked. I prepaid for the work. I told her that I wasn't happy & she just didn't care. She just said "I sorry". Yeah, I'm sorry too for giving her the business. I'll never go back.
