Do not take your Uggs here for dry cleaning! My red Uggs are now damaged! When I dropped them off, they were red. Now, one is red and the other is pink. The Mayfield Cleaners staff are not being accountable or diligent about following up with me or the offsite technician, and will not give the technician's phone number to me. This problem has persisted since mid February 2019. Plus, Mayfield Cleaners has exceptionally poor customer service. Instead of calling me (their records are by phone number) they tried to demand I come back when the technician comes on Tuesday. As if I don't have a job! read more

A friend referred us to this cleaners. She said "they are the best". I brought in three shirts that needed to be dry cleaned and a pair of jeans that needed to be altered (they were too long). The shirts: your typical, nothing fancy, cotton, short-sleeve, button-down with collar shirts. The man that was at the counter looks at them and says OK. Jeans: Finally, I found a pair of jeans that fit, but they were too long, also, nothing fancy, just a nice pair of jeans I purchased at TJMaxx. I tell him they need to be shortened, he says no problem, very easy to do. I return a few days later, only to be told by the same man, that the shirts needed to be "specially dry cleaned", and they charged over $4 for each shirt. I asked him why? There was nothing significant about them (no desinger label, etc). He started saying that because of the buttons and the collar it couldn't be dry cleaned the "standard way", I explained to him that I've had these shirts dry cleaned else where and I have never had anyone tell me these shirts needed special treatment. Besides, if these shirts needed "special care" why didn't he tell me this when I dropped them off and he looked at them? He tells me he doesn't know who wrote up the ticket on these items. I told him that he did. I spoke with him, and that he reviewed my articles of clothing and he wrote them up. He reviewed the ticket again and tells me he doesn't remember. I told him, for $4 a shirt I could have washed and ironed them myself! Next, the jeans: the alteration was awful. I honestly think they bought a sewing kit at Wal-Mart. My jeans looked awful! They didn't cut the pant leg (at the hem), but folded it under and sewed it at the bottom and then ironed them. So, every time I put them on, the heel of my shoe would get caught. For this, they charged me $12! Needless to say, I ended up fixing it myslef. I should have demanded they fix the jeans properly and refused to pay $4 for each shirt! read more

Took a blouse to CD One cleaners and there machines didnt get the stain out, sprayed Shout on it and took it back, still didnt get the stain out. Took it here and they took it out! I am forever grateful for this because it was actually a brand new shirt I got some oil on after wearing for the first time! read more

Mayfield cleaners has always provided great service. They altered my daughter's prom dresses 2 years in a row, one of her dresses was heavily beaded. They did an awesome job working with all the beads and embellishments on the dress, they are not intimidated to take on any job. But just recently, we lost my husbands mother. Not one male in our family had a suit, we rushed out to JCPenney and bought suits. We recently moved to TInley Park but returned to Mayfield Cleaners in Burbank to get shirts pressed and a taylor job on one of the suits. At first, she said she couldn't do it when we needed it, but when we explained and apologized for the rush job, that it was for a wake and funeral, she said she will fit in the time to do everything and she did. She did a fabulous job and going the distance to Burbank to have Mayfield Cleaners do this job was well worth it. Thank you Mayfield Cleaners! read more
