This company needs to have more than one person who can make and set up appointments with customers. Having to get a hold of Randy is nearly impossible and he must never get his messages. It shouldn't matter if the customer that you were contracted to help is not directly your customer or not. You are contracted to fulfill an obligation and how you proceed and act says volumes about you and your company. If I ever entertained the notion of switching my services from my current subscriber to A+ Security then that idea is completely and utterly shattered. I fully support local businesses and what they do for our economy, but I cannot support a local business that doesn't even look out for its local consumers. Like monkeys with a football 3 of them couldn't program the fob. Then the excuses started that the receiver in the car was the problem. Total B S the remote start ( which channels through the receiver ) works perfectly fine...even the old key fob will start the car. Then they hemmed and hawed concerning a refund. One thought it was funny that it didn't work. Maybe they are good at making metal keys but anything requiring tech...run.
