Dynamo swimming complex is just around the corner from my office and offers a wonderful swimming facility to swim at. Hours - I have to say that usually swimming pools have no available open swim hours so they are never convenient to use. No Dynamo. They are usually open for any type of drop in 1030-3pm (330 on some days). That is a ton of time! Facility - is huge! There is a smaller indoor lessons pool (88 degrees) and an indoor competition pool (79-80 degrees) that are always open during open swim. There is also a 50-m long course pool on site that opens seasonally I believe. There are multiple locker rooms with lots of showers and lockers. I think it is a wonderful spot. Cleanliness - The pool is always clean without ever a weird taste of chemicals. The locker rooms are always clean and never cluttered with stray clothes or baskets. Speaking of baskets, I love that they offer baskets for you to place your stuff in. Makes it very accommodating to get in and out of the locker room faster! Misc - There are available pull buoys and kick boards for your to use. There are never a lot of people in the pool when I come at lunch. I have never had to share a lane - once I had the entire competition pool to myself for a whole hour! Staff is always friendly. For a pool facility, I don't know what else you are looking for!

During…read morethat time, I was harassed by a male parent in the parking lot who was driving a blue Jaguar F-Pace SUV. The police were called, but the individual left before officers arrived. I immediately reported the incident to management and was told that several other female parents were familiar with this individual and that previous complaints had been filed. Staff assured me they would investigate the matter and address his threatening behavior. In the days that followed, while our children continued practicing four to six days per week, I observed the same parent continuing to negatively engage with other female parents at the facility with what appeared to be little or no consequence. Although the facility is modern and the coaching staff is skilled, I cannot recommend it based on my experience with its response to patron safety. A strong commitment to the safety and well-being of students, families, coaches, and volunteers should be a top priority, and I did not feel that this concern was handled appropriately.

When…read moreI was there, I observed a kids soccer game, picnickers, hikers, dogs being walked by their owners, Girl Scouts having a meeting, fisherpeople, photoshoots, children playing, birthday parties, and people just chilling by the lake. Seriously, that's nearly everyone who wants to be outside! Regarding hiking, the trails are not marked very clearly. The map doesn't show all the turnoffs, and it gets confusing. Maybe it's this way to give you a sense of adventure? At least it's tough to get really lost since you're often within sight of houses or the road. Beautiful woods! As for restrooms, there was a porta potty in the parking lot adjacent to the playground by Lake Erin, and the map indicates that there are other restrooms in Henderson Park too. Speaking of maps, I might recommend a quick peek at one before you go since the park can be accessed from different roads (Henderson and Livsey). Didn't get to explore the other side of the park with the native plant and wildlife walk this trip but next time!

This is a great neighborhood park. If I lived nearby, I'd take a walk here every chance I could. In addition to the trails, there are athletic fields, a kids play area and a great wide deck where people can look out at the lake or eat a nice lunch. There is a lot of parking and the park itself is well-maintained. I was able to find a map of the park trails online, and it was helpful but trail maps aren't perfect. I tried to walk as many of the trails as I could, but I was turned around a lot. We'd also had a lot of rain prior to my visit so a lower trail path by the lake was flooded. There is a small waterfall in the park, and I think I saw it but I'm not sure. There were a lot of rock formations in the creeks/streams, and none were labeled. I went to Henderson Park with a friend who needed to use the bathroom. The main bathrooms are located on the west end of the park by the soccer fields. On the east end of the park, there are port-a-potties. There are no bathrooms near the kids park which was a surprise and why I mention where the bathrooms are located. Overall, I'm glad that I gave Henderson Park a visit. The people who live nearby are lucky to have it.

Lillian Webb Park is 5 acres and a city park that has an interactive splash pad and volleyball courts. It's like I walked into a storybook or something, the park is beautifully landscaped and the central focus is a waterfall. There are so many beautiful things that are Instagram worthy. It was a beautiful with clear skies but surprisingly the park wasn't crowded. Its opened from 8 to 10 Monday to Sunday. The park has an open green space perfect for a game of catch or an outdoor lunch on a blanket. You can also find lots of benches on each level of the park, a gazebo and 6 swinging benches. If you decide to drive you'll have access to two parking lots. You also have access to several restaurants that are within walking distance.

My team was losing until flip cups lol. We came back and won the battle lol! My husband said he enjoyed it and would do it again & that he had more fun than he expected. That's a win in & of itself! lol Please bring cash or have Cash App to tip your host and game tech advisor person; I forgot the title lol. They make your game show battle experience fun! The restrooms were clean. They sell water, soft drinks, some beer, seltzers, and maybe wine and sports drinks. I don't think I saw any food for sell. It's all about the game show battles anyway! When we arrived we were offered beer and wine. Then the game hosts came and introduced themselves and provided instructions. We played several different games like wheel of fortune, family feud, and price is right. We had so much fun. After the games we returned into the first room and had food. I definitely recommend for team and friend outings.

The park is situated just off of a paved bike/jogging/dog walking trail, the Dunwoody Trailway. There is a dog clean up station at the trail's entrance. You will find a couple of nice shelters at this park. One small and the other mid-sized, and both with picnic tables under them. They are not available for rent. They are first come, first served. The park features a fenced in splash pad with water that shoots up from spouts in the ground. It does not have any above ground water features, but is still nice and refreshing on one of those hot GA days. It is button activated and runs for 30-minutes. This splash pad is touted as being the city's first. Additionally, the park has a nice bathroom facility. The park's playground is on the mud free rubbery surface and has some modern, new equipment. There are percussion instruments, a fake log, a saucer swing, a friendship swing and toddler swings, a large jungle gym with monkey bars, slides, ladders, bridges, and canopies. There is a smaller jungle gym for little kids. That apparatus has a small slide, tunnels, and other fun stuff. This is a newer park, opening in 2023. At 5-acres, it is kind of small. I still like it though. It may not be a destination park, but still worth a visit if you are in the area.

I love the events such as wine tasting - I think it was over 60 wines; the in-depth Pilates events, they recently updated the gym equipment, the coaches are great with fabulous playlist and there are a lot of community focused events. It's a really big tennis facility so if you're in to racket sports, this is the place for you. I still have my LT membership and that being said the locker rooms need an update. Integrating to a system that allows me to schedule tennis, massages etc as well as scan into the club would make things more convenient. I don't have traditional car keys so having to carry a single tiny card with me can be a bit frustrating. They are contract based - 1 year minimum but there is definitely value if you live or work in the area.

I have yet to visit a spa, but that is on my list for the future! This Peachtree Corners location is no exception. My son and I traveled to ATL for the PPA pickleball championships this past weekend and we pretty much spent every waking hour at this facility from Thursday when we arrived until late Sunday night when the tournament was over. We spent the majority of our time either playing pickleball or watching pickleball (both on the indoor and outdoor courts due to some rain), but the facility did a great job (along with the PPA) in navigating the large crowds and keeping the tournament going. We enjoyed some food from the cafe, the locker rooms, and of course the courts and the rest of the grounds as well. We were lucky to be traveling with a friend who purchased VIP Parking, so that was a nice touch... and medaling in some of our events helped make the experience even more fun too! Shoutout to Suzanne on the Life Time pickleball staff! If I lived in the area, I would definitely be spending time here more often - likely taking advantage of open play... We hope to be back next year!
