After paying them an ABSURD $1800 because we were out of state and needed to get back home, the alternator failed again a week later because whatever idiot mechanic put it in never tightened the bolt that connects the battery to the alternator, which caused it to arc and melt, resulting in the alternator burning up again. The only in house shop through their warranty company was 40 miles away, and when I called them it turns out they aren't even associated with the warranty company at all. So AAA is currently fixing what Hi-Tech Auto couldn't, and my wife is without a car once again. If you want to pay an arm and a leg for unreliable service, and no help whatsoever when your car breaks again due to their lack of professionalism and checking their work, then this would be the right place for you.
