I'm gluten free and have been struggling to find food in Yuma. I was able to have their chicken Alfredo. They use clean water, clean the cooking utensils, etc. it takes a little longer because of that but it's so worth it in my opinion! read more

Slice of Pie? Oh yeah! The trio was everything you might hope for but didn't think to ask. The way cheese gets that grilled toasty yumminess and pepperoni edges just a little dear taking the flavor up a notch. Oh... yum. Sausage full of flavor but not spicy. Dinner companion agreed! Alfredo Is full of rich creamy garlic just enough glazing Aldente Rigatoni. Served with a nice slice of Garlic bread which I'll report on at a later time as we also tried the Happy Bread which was filling and okay. We have been visiting Yuma for the last month and this is the best food we have had! Not only is it good, but they cater to gluten free!!! Gluten free Italian is hard to come by. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Checks on you throughout. Lots of people take their food to go, but they have a cute little patio area with lights to enjoy your food. We wanted to try the food because my husband is Italian. We didn't really tune into the fact that it's a food truck, but we were happy that they have a dining room adjacent to the truck. I had pizza, my husband had a cheese steak sub our son had Dad's Special pasta and his girlfriend had a veggie Stromboli. Service was great, food was superb and the dining room and rest room were both spotless. We were really impressed and will stop by again next time we are going through Yuma. My wife and I had strombolis. I had a special one and my wife had meatball They were both excellent. Their marinara sauce is superb.

$5 a slice? Maybe if it were a huge, delicious NY style, but these are pedestrian at best. Fix the place up and lower your crazy prices.

Attention Yuma -- local gem alert! One week ago I was on a work trip to Chicago eating at Giordanos, Pequods and Portillo and not taking anything away from the other Italian local favorites, but this one is a one stop shop. I added a margherita pizza and told the owner I know the "dad's favorite" was gonna be the choice pasta but I had to accommodate some little guys. Meh First, the positive: price point spot on. Very good mozzarella on the margerita Now, negatives: I'm a thin crust guy. This is neither thick nor thin. A bit undercooked and limp. Not bad, but not good. Just ok On the margerita, the mozzarella was good, Roma tomatoes were not ripe and lacked flavor. The cherry tomatoes were 3 on a 10 scale For some reason, they cut the basil with, I guess, scissors, into shreds. It had no aroma and a sad taste Probably a few days old The parm on table was crap. Smart and final dried powder. Definitely not parmagiano: just parmish Yuma has little good Italian food. This one is passable If you want something better, try Autentico Sapporo near the river. Okay HOLD THE PHONE! Because I just found the best Italian food Yuma has to offer and man oh man am I excited! I've had some good pizza here in Yuma before, but growing up in a big city with a huge restaurant scene made me picky with my food. But no joke, stick this food truck literally anywhere (maybe even Italy itself! I don't know though, I haven't been, but still...) and the food would sell out. It's phenomenal! Best Margherita pizza I have ever eaten. Hands down. I don't say that lightly either! I wish we had ordered more food from here (I don't doubt the entire menu is delicious!), but we just split the large pizza between the two of us (plus a toddler, who also ate it gladly even though he's super picky). I don't like the crust of any pizza ever and this crust was so flavorful and crispy but still fluffy that it was like eating breadsticks... and no crumb was left behind. My husband and I stayed over night in Yuma and had the pleasure of eating at Angry Italian. At first we were a little leary about the restaurant due to the way it was set up but decided to stay and order. Boy am I glad we did. The food was nothing short of amazing. The only drawback was the male gentleman that was inside the food truck. He was not very friendly but perhaps that's a norm but the two female workers were very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend this place. Oh we had the Dad's favorite pasta and the Tutto EVERYTHING pizza. read more

Really great food here. Oh man the crust on my Chicago style deep dish was still crisp when we got it home, 10 min trip maybe. That's really great, I want to know how they do that!? The only reason for the four stars is, the guy didn't really want to make my deep dish without cheese. I understand they wanted to produce the best product ever. However when you have a dairy allergy and all you have left is crust and sauce to really enjoy, you want that deep dish. So I may update that cause they did make it and it was great. So yes, go here. great food but there is no bathroom to use so dont show up to eat in if u have to go and definately do t enjoy urself eating and drinking any beers because there is no bathroom to use. the girl made it a point that they have no public restroom with the rude young lady with glasses. i never heard ofa place to sell a plate of spaghetti seperate. the noodles and sause is one price and then charge u 3 dollars per meatball. great food but they really need a restaurant and waiters and work on some customer service. 5+ stars! The guy who took our order was extremely kind and patient. My husband and I shared a meatball Stromboli and it was phenomenal! They cut it into 6 pieces so we could carry leftovers for the road, but we ended up with only one piece for later! The crust was perfectly baked and the meatballs were house made. The balance of mozzarella to marinara to meatball was just right. You get two extra cups of marinara for dipping. There were two picnic tables outside and an indoor eating area as well.
