My tone never shifted from start to finish, even after calling out the poor service. I do not like to call out establishments, especially local businesses, but holy shit she was rude. Probably the rudest food service experience I've ever had. Best sub rolls in upstate ny though...that will always be true. It is always a choice to be an asshole.
