Seeing as they don't list an email address on their website and they seem to get rly annoyed if you call them for takeout, i'm just gonna leave my comment here. Whoever was answering the phones today friday july 31st was SO rude. She had zero patience and attempted to talk to me like i'm dumb literally was just inquiring abt ordering a single chicken parm to go and I have never been spoken to so rude by someone in food service regarding such a minuscule request. She tried to talk to me in such a rude tone because I didn't know they had small, medium, large options for chicken parm. (i'm on my lunch break i didn't scour the website.) My family and I have been coming here for years and drive out from henrietta for it. We will not be doing that again and a few coworkers that wanted to try the place will not be, because they heard the phone call. I also worked in food service as a bartender and server and cook so don't try to over explain and gaslight me because it's literally so easy to compartmentalize at work and be nice to a customer (the bare minimum, mind u) and if you can't, stay out of food service cause you're gonna be bad at it. I'm also half italian with an italian mother so I also don't want to hear "this is how we talk" either... your employee sucks and was rude for no reason. And just so you know, there were like 3 people at work listening to the call bc we were in the same room, and they all were very taken aback. Never again and guiseppe's has better red sauce anyways. $15.99 gives you two of whatever meal item you want (e.g. two chicken breasts, pork chops, meatloaf, half chickens on the bone, etc... or one enormous piece of lasagna, etc...), then you get two sides which are too many to count. Serving sizes are ridiculously big and so scrumptious. You will never regret coming to Pino's. Their rolls and bread are all home made like the food.... The best!!!! Everyone there is so nice and friendly, you feel special like family. Bravo to the owners who nurture this kind of service and environment. This should be a must try on anyone's list. Don't bother taking a number here, they just help whoever is standing closest to the counter anyway. That being said, they have one of the best beer battered fish fries in Rochester! I also really like their coleslaw and they carry Boars Head deli meat (though Rubinos has a better selection). read more

My sister and brother in law have been before, and she praised the sandwhich freshness and HUGE menu! I found that she was 100% right. For a new customer, it was mildly overwhelming Only in how much to choose from! There are too many salad options (also a good thing) this is just deli ordering so I imagine the more you go here the more you'll enjoy finding you make regular selections! I chose the medium turkey sub, and a side Of the fried zucchini. I would advise not all sides come out hot or are warmed up So I would ask. I didn't see one negative thing at Pino's. The staff is sharp and very pleasant. Lastly, but not least, the portions are crazy! The medium is a large in most places. I was planning a happy birthday party for My Husband and we live on the West Coast and the party was to be in Rochester/Waterport and I had to arrange to get food delivered out there about 45 minutes to an hour away and Petrena was a tremendous help She made all these wonderful suggestions on food and quantity for people we got in late Wednesday and the party was on Saturday and I didn't have a care in the world delivery was on time. I have only heard good things about pino's. So when I was in the area I stopped by to order a sub. The deli was really busy but the employees were super efficient and friendly. They offer small, medium and large subs. Hot and cold offerings of food from pasta salad to lasagna and on. They have a cold cut counter. They have dessert options to round out the meal. Honestly it was pretty overwhelming all they had to offer which is awesome. I can see myself coming back because they have so much variety that there is something for everyone. I opted for a medium ham sub. The sub was pretty big. I can't imagine the size of the large. The employees were super friendly. The deli is abiding by all covid precautions. read more

Hadn't realized that I've never done a review of THE BEST deli in Greece (and possibly all of Rochester). Greece is blessed with many high quality delis, and to say Pinos is the best of them, is saying a LOT. The subs are $10, and HUGE. Depending on your appetite, these big boys are always 2-4 meals. Pinos uses Boars Head meats, which are delicious. They also have $10 dinner meals where you get an entree and two sides, which is another phenomenal deal, and I've never had a bad meal from this joint. The staff is always friendly, and their ticketing system makes everything organized, and gets you in and out with efficiency. If you haven't been to Pinos yet, you are doing yourself a major disservice! read more

It was packed and it was not even lunch time. I ordered the daily special a Italian Chicken Cutlet Sandwich. Medium size. It came with lettuce, tomato Cheese,'(Provolone), mayo. The Italian assorted I had was a nice thick tasty sub, that you just can't get from chain sub shops. The service was spectacular as well, love grabbing a ticket number and getting it. I tried some of their pre-made italian food like meatballs and eggplant rolls. I'm pretty picky, since I'm Italian. I really enjoyed the eggplant rolls which were hearty flavorful, and soft but still with some nice texture. The meatballs were definitely good and the sauce tasty. They were huge and I think they would have been really great in a meatball sub or sandwich or on pasta. Eating them by themselves was good, but I wasn't completely blown away, especially considering the price. But service was as fast as it could have been. The fresh italian bread and cookies looked absolutely amazing and I am dying to try one of their famous subs. I couldn't believe how extensive their deli selections were.
