    Pho Beef & Brisket

I didn't plan on eating here when I stumbled across this pho spot, but it ended up being perfect for a rainy, chilly day. The restaurant was modern, clean, and spacious--bonus points for a bathroom that was spotless and smelled great. The lady at the front was friendly and attentive. I ordered the beef and brisket pho, which was flavorful and comforting. I added a little spice for extra kick. The real star of the show, though, was the passion fruit lemonade--absolutely delicious. I also tried the egg rolls; they were heavy on the veggies and just okay on their own, but the dipping sauce was fantastic. I'll definitely be back, as several other menu items caught my attention.

Food was good! Egg rolls are pricey but very tasty. Initially thought it wouldn't be a big meal but it was surprisingly a good amount. Would go back if needing a quick meal as the food was prepared very fast!

My partner and I stopped by Anh's Kitchen for a quick lunch on July 4th. It was our first time visiting the restaurant. The space was decorated with a clean, minimalist style, and the staff were welcoming. For our appetizer, we ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls (two pieces for $8.50). They were delicious and made for a satisfying start to the meal. For my entrée, I chose the Grilled Shrimp Bowl ($16), which came with vermicelli noodles, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, peanuts, and fried shallots, plus a side of fish sauce. The ingredients were fresh, and I appreciated the subtle sweetness of the dish. However, the shrimp were overcooked and dry, which took away from the overall experience. My partner ordered the Pho Combo, which included beef, brisket, and meatballs, along with the usual sides of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño, and lime. I didn't try it myself, but he's had pho all over Atlanta and said this one was among the better ones because it was flavorful and well-balanced. While the dishes were enjoyable, we're not sure if we would return. For the portion sizes, the prices felt a bit steep. That said, we're glad we had the chance to experience the restaurant at least once.

Food was great, service is quick and it's clean and quiet on the inside,no loud music.

This plate rocks! Pho is flavorful and authentic tasting, bahn mi tastes like the bread was made with rice flour like it's supposed to! Good southern style pho that hits the spot when you're hungover or just don't want to drive to Buford highway!

I'm so glad more Asian food has come to toco hills. I was staying nearby and was craving some Vietnamese food. The inside of the restaurant was very modern and sleek. Beautifully decorated and clean. I ordered a combination pho and a Thai tea through the kiosk. The staff was friendly and attentive, asking if I had any questions when I was ordering and if I needed anything else once I received my order. The Thai tea was delicious and not too sweet. One of my criteria for good pho is if I need to add any other condiments to it, but Anh's Kitchen's pho broth was so flavorful that I didn't touch the sriracha or hoisin. They gave me plenty of meat and a side of fresh herbs and vegetables. Everything I had was high quality. Overall, very impressed and would recommend others to come check it out!

So far I have had the pho twice, the rice cubes, and the shaking beef. Everything tasted great. Big parking lot for free parking. It is amazing how similar my visits have been. Staff was not as attentive as I would have like. My table had everything I needed so my meal was not interrupted. Getting my bill took longer than expected. I think the servers do not want to interrupt your meal but I wish they would come by more often. This place looks a little rough on the outside but it is extremely clean and some what fancy on the inside. The combination Pho has all the different types of meat. I remember the meatballs, flank steak, and tripe. Next time I will get something simpler.

I think their dishes although prepared authentically are underwhelming in terms of the depths in flavor and really the soul of Vietnamese food. I'm not an expert but I've eaten my fair share of Vietnamese food for a standard issue white girl. The pork patty was dry and likely made at the beginning of the week and just reheated as the week went on. It was pretty bland and had this rubbery overly bouncy consistency and literally snapped when I bit into it. It basically got lost amongst all the fresh herbs too. As you can tell from the photo the Bánh bột chiên was burnt and it ended up being burnt on both sides. The squares were cut too thick...and because they were cut too thick they were on the mushy side even after being overly pan fried. All of the veg was fresh and well cleaned, the rice noodles were not overly sticky and clumped together. The pickled carrot/daikon were tasty. The server I had was attentive and polite. The interior was as to be expected and I couldn't care less that it's a little rough around the edges. If the tile isn't cracked, if the booth's vinyl isn't taped up, the utensils aren't mismatched and the tables aren't wobbly then I don't trust the place!! Like I said-I don't dislike it here. I just don't see the hype. Then again I feel like I have to piece together my favorite dishes from several spots between Doraville/Chamblee and Duluth, so maybe it's because I haven't found one place that checks all the boxes and I can get all my favs from one place. I will come again...because I love Bánh hỏi.

There's no real ambiance to speak of--but when the food is this good, it truly doesn't matter. The value here is incredible. The portions are generous, the quality is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Most importantly, the pho is as authentic as I've had anywhere. The depth of flavor in the broth, the freshness of the ingredients, and the balance of aromatics all hit exactly the right notes. Good food reminds me that God is real because WHEW I felt blessed eating here LOL. The best in price, the best in quality, and the best in quantity... there are 10s across the board. It was a little cramped in the dining area around 4PM on a Saturday, so I got some sandwiches to go. I'd say there are about 15 tables (4-seats) max in this space, so it can fill up fast. They do have a few chairs to sit near the front door while waiting for your to-go order. The service was really great, and the women working the floor were all smiles. It took around 10 minutes from ordering to get our goods. Now to the food. Words cannot express the bliss I experienced biting into these sandwiches. We did the buy 5 get 1 free deal, which is a certified steal given the quality of the food. It came out to 25.75 after taxes and card fee -- C'MON NOW! The Capricorn in me loves a good deal. Half were the #6, the other three were the #7. The bread banged, the meats' quality and quantity were absolutely outstanding, and it was stuffed full of all the amazing veggie fixings and condiments. The seasonings are YUM with a nice hint of spice to round out the flavor. The sandwich literally had the perfect ratio of everything. And no re-heating necessary! These sandwiches were eaten over the course of two days and they didn't become hard or soggy, a testament to the quality. I have nothing else to say and I promise you the banh mi speaks for itself. I didn't try the pho this time but I'm adding it to my list!
