Came here after a dental procedure and got the butternut squash because it had the least ingredients. Not something I would typically get, but it was really good and savory. There's a little store with small businesses clothes, jewelry, and other trinkets which I loved. And the ladies at the counter were kind and attentive. I'll definitely be back when I can try more of the food.

Such a cute atmosphere with a little shop in the front and their restaurant seating in the back. There's plenty of little salads and soups and sandwiches to pick from. I like that you can see them all in their display window, it helped me pick what I wanted. Cute lunch spot.

This place is so different. The space is open and nonchalant with different types of tables and chairs around the space some to share and some that are for single parties. Everyone I've dealt with here has been friendly and knowledgeable about the offerings. The food is delicious - the turkey chili and wild mushroom soups are my favorites. They offer a lot of GF, vegan vegetarian options, things to take home and warm up, etc. Definitely give this place a look when in Decatur!

I have to admit I was a bit disappointed when I arrived and turkey chili wasn't in the menu. They had chicken chili so I decided to give it a try. OMG!!! This is the best chicken chili I have ever had! There is so much shredded chicken and it's so tender and seasoned. I'm found a happy dance in my seat as it eat it!!! I love coming in here. The staff are always so cheerful and friendly. I feel like I'm at a good friends home for lunch.

In the mood for a healthier lunch choice? Look no further than Souper Jenny. With a solid choice of soups, sandwiches and salads, you are bound to find something that strikes your fancy. Their menu changes daily, so make sure to come back often to try all of their different serving combinations. Some of the items are staples and always available, such as the massive PB&J sandwiches as well as the Turkey Chilli. The lunch combo is a great choice, but a bit on the pricey side. However, you do get a lot for those $18.. a bowl of soup, a sandwich or salad, cookie, drink and a piece of bread. It is a very trendy atmosphere with great and attentive staff. The restaurant itself is just opened for lunch, and they do tend to run out of some of the items through the day. It brings me vibes of the old Seinfeld soup episode.., except in a much nicer and kinder setting. Good soup. Good sandwiches. Good vibes.

The soups are always ON POINT! Healthy and extremely delicious. The service is given with love. And there are games to play and other healthy option food items to purchase. You can even borrow and read a book. Plenty of space and the ambiance is a real good vibe.

I stumbled upon this cute & delicious restaurant while I was in the area, and let me just say I'm happy I did. The food is fresh and delicious and the restaurant is so inviting. The staff are very nice and are happy to answer any questions and give you a sample to taste test before choosing. Their menu changes daily so there is always something new to try. Cant wait to come back!

If you like soups, THIS is your spot. With a rotating daily menu, you're gonna love it. I discovered this spot when my job catered our lunch and at first I griped because WHO WANTS SOUP ON A RANDOM DAY!? And then I ate the tomato soup with tortellini in it... OH MY GOD! I was obsessed! I immediately signed up for the daily newsletter and stalked them until that soup came back because I wanted to make sure I wasn't tripping. The day came in the Email that the soup was back so I made the trek to the location. It was the back of a store then (they have since taken over the whole location) and I just loved the vibe of space. I got the soup and it was the real deal. I've been obsessed ever since and have even given more soups other than tomato a try

My sister and I split the Gaucho and the Yellowfin Tuna Melt (~$20 each). Pricey for sandwiches, but the quality is there. The Gaucho is packed with meat, almost too much, so the combo with chips helps balance things out. The Tuna Melt was the clear winner, Calabrian chilies with the tuna salad was a great call, though the bread-to-filling ratio could use some work. Overall, both sandwiches are delicious but could use some ratio tweaking. I'll be back to work through the rest of their rotating menu.

After many, many months (okay, years at this point), I returned. Unfortunately, I had the same experience with my order. I ordered the Hot Italian. It was warm, and that's all this sandwich delivered. The porchetta was dry, chewy and bland. It was so bad that I didn't eat it all. And the pepperoni and soppressata didn't add any spice to the sandwich. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in soppressata! I thought the pepperoni mayo would add some kick as well and maybe it would have if there had been more than a half-tablespoon of it. And the bread was not fresh! I could have cried over this. The cost is outrageous for this kind of quality. On the upside, the service remains top tier and the space is still welcoming. But I won't be back. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

It's a walk up window spot with the menu and a bell, when you're ready to order, ring the bell. The service is friendly and succinct. Non invasive and just helpful without asking when needed. The seating area is a mix between covered and uncovered, with a small speaker playing contemporary tunes at a respectable level. There are string lights above, and I can only imagine how beautiful this all looks at night. I'd read a LOT about their fish sandwich. That it is a good size helping. That it has a great light fresh vinegar sauce with thinly sliced carrots and other crunchy veg. The fish tasted fresh fried. And I have to say, this is the Best fish sandwich I have ever tasted. I only am upset I hadn't come much sooner. I will have to return, probably on a monthly basis for that fish sandwich. There are enough pictures out there of the sandwich. But I also had the Thai basil lemonade and it was a nice pairing. Not a waste of time, effort or dough. Just go.

Bathrooms are extremely clean. Staff is friendly and fast. Cons. They only have outdoor seating. Most of the seats are stools without backs. There were some flies and a wasp lurking in the patio. Fans were blowing away my napkins. When I paid in cash they rounded my bill up to the next dollar. Never had someone do that before. $34 for a cheesesteak, potatoes, and small drink seems to be overly priced at a take-out spot. It would be more understanding if you could dine-in or had waiter service. I ordered the Korean Cheesesteak with smashed fried potatoes and a Bourbon Peach Punch. The drink was tasty but really small to cost $10. It looked like a 6oz cup. I would prefer to pay $5 more for a full glass. The smashed fried potatoes were covered in a sauce and some of the best potatoes I have had anywhere. The cheesesteak was made with pork (also a new experience for me) and had plenty of cheese and onions.

My favorite is the ATL chick which is juicy fried chicken breast tossed in buffalo sauce and... ANNNND... lemon pepper. Cmon. We're in ATL. What other way is there?! Then it has ranch drizzled on top and dressed how you want... lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. Even the bread is yummy. The sweet potato fries are crispy and airy and go great with the comeback sauce which is whatever smoky heavenly concoction they came up with as a sauce. Listen if you're in downtown Decatur... Do yourself a favor and get here! There is street parking available and you can pay by app or at the meter. It's about $2 for an hour. They also serve salads, other sandwiches, and breakfast.
