I found that they didn't communicate with me appropriately or as often as I would have liked. They didn't allow dogs to play or interact with each other especially if they were large dogs, so they were crated the whole time. They allowed my dog to sit in her urine, so when I visited she smelled of urine. In the end, she starved to death. She also took no accountability, the first thing she said was "I hope you're not mad at me, this wasn't my fault" but she was under their care. Animal control was called on her, and because they had 1 video of them feeding her, and because of Zoe's history with anxiety they aren't going to charge her. So, if you have a pet with issues, find another location.

Good for people who live in Anchorage but tough if you live out of town…read more The girl today made it very clear that they will absolutely won't work with you if you live out of town to arrange a different pick up or drop off time. Makes it tough to match their hours which requires staying an extra night in anchorage if you can't make it there by 6pm ( or skip a day of work) to make an early flight out the next morning or sit and wait in their lot for 3.5 hours (like i did today due to flight into Anchorage time just missed their 12:30pm close time) to pick up my dog to drive 3 hrs back to the peninsula. Their times make it very difficult to use them if you live out of town. Otherwise they are decent and fair priced. Just no after hours number to call - they absolutely will not work with you if you need to pick up or drop of your dog any other times between 9-12:30pm or 3-6pm nor will they answer the phone. I asked about a number in case of an emergency and was told they didn't offer that either.
