We have been bringing all of our animals to AHVC for almost a decade now, and have NEVER had as good of a consistently great experience with a business than we have had with them. Dr. Brady and the entire staff are beyond great. As can often the case with many pet owners, emergencies come up, and sometimes trips to other "emergency" clinics can be required as was recently the case for us for a early morning, Sunday emergency. The staff was helpful at this emergency / after hours clinic, but the bill was staggering, and there were quite a few things we were rather surprised they did not do, especially considering the large bill. Monday morning, our cat was in even worse shape, and my wife called AHVC in somewhat of a panic. They were MORE than helpful, and somehow squeezed us in, and we, and our cat were in dire need. Needless to say, after LESS time spent, and far LESS money spent we (and our cat) received far better care, attention to detail, and we knew it was provided by people who really CARED about animals. This is something that often times is left out from online reviews, but it is paramount. Not even 1/2 a day after bringing our cat home from AHVC she was already eating, drinking, and strolling about the house, which was a miracle considering the shape she was in, even AFTER visiting the other "emergency" clinic. Having spent years bringing all of our animals to AVHC, including having to put a few to rest, we have never had anything other than a stellar experience with them. Documentation, follow up calls, reminders, are just some of what they do, but house calls too ?? !!!! A 5 star rating feels like it comes up short when giving them a review, but 5 stars it what we are capped at. We cannot recommend them highly enough, and do indeed recommend them to all of our family and friends. I don't write reviews this is the second time I have written one but I felt compelled to write this one. 18 yrs ago I started a relationship with Animal Haven because they did housecalls and I wanted and needed that service. They have been there when I needed them and I have stayed with them to this day . In the last 2 yrs they have saved the life of Jaws ( leg amputated) and Dalton ( operated on for growth in stomach) . Dalton just finished his post surgery recovery and is back to normal and 100 percent. This is the 2nd time they have saved Dalton he had a urinary tract blockage 5 yrs ago that was life threatening but against all odds he came home after a weekend stay and is still living the life. The staff is compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. From Dr.Brady, Tammy, Sharyn who has been to my house for numerous housecalls , Betty, Krista and the rest of staff and Dr. Fagreus who has moved on thanks for what you have done for me and the family. Dr. Brady and her team care for my four dogs. My lab who is prone to hip issues recently had her stem cells harvested that will allow for her to age gracefully. I am grateful Dr. Brady and her team are able to perform this cutting edge procedure. We lost our first lab about five years ago because she could no longer walk but she was otherwise in great health. Hopefully we never need them but are relieved if we do we have the ability to help her. Dr. Brady euthanized our first lab and was incredibly compassionate and the entire staff helped us through a difficult time. I don't usually write reviews but when you have an animal care team that loves your pet like you do I had to share. Animal Haven is just that a veterinary office that puts animals first. I have never experienced a veterinarian that cares for your pet like their own. Dr. Brady is fantastic she has the best staff. My little buddy had an ear infection and Jackie and Abby helped get him feeling better in no time. When I called to make my appointment Tammy was very accommodating! I am lucky Dr. Brady makes sure that my buddy has all his necessary preventives I never have had to take him for being sick. You never know how good your veterinary center is until your best friend gets sick! read more

The front desk handled all my general questions, Most Professional and cared about answering my questions, concerns, and very knowledgeable, Dr. Lori Mann VMD and the nurse were the greatest. Dr. Lori Mann kept repeated on how and times made sure I understand, wrote down proper times, and preventions. Everything she had for the treatment worked. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Brady and her staff. They have been my veterinary family for all my pets. For the past 8 years they have taken excellent care of my JB. They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly caring. They have been my support throughout his life and were right there with their love as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. My mom and I have been clients at AHVC since I was a little girl and Dr. Brady used to do housecalls for my very first dog. Now that I have four dogs and am in my twenties, I still take my dogs here. I won't take them anywhere else! Dr. Brady is so caring and goes out of the way to make sure your pets are taken care of and have the best care. Wow!! Dr Brady saved my nickos life.. we had her two days when she got sick. Dr. Brady offered 24hour round the clock care. Our puppy had parvo, canine flu, pneumonia and intestinal problems. Today is five months old and there is not another vet I would trust that loves and has the well being of every animal in her heart!!! She gave me resources to get these people shut down. Animal Haven has the best staff around. Super friendly and they genuinely care for the well-being of your animal(s) and will treat them as if they were they're very own. They have new laser and stem cell therapy available that is top notch and that you can't find anywhere else in the area. It has been proven to work wonders! I am so very thankful for the staff that helped us put down our loving molly! They were so considerate to us and were with us the entire time! I take my dog Kala here and Br. Brady and Dr. Mann are wonderful with her. She is a rescue so she is a little jumpy. Both doctors go out of their way to make sure she's comfortable and not stressed during the appointment. Always a great experience. read more
