My concern: I didn't see the doctor of the day of the surgery but was reassured that I would visit with her on the followup appointment. That followup was a hectic day for the clinic and I was unable to visit with her so I rescheduled. Alas, today no excuses at this second followup but the nurse was there to address my concerns which she did do a good job. It is frustrating to not directly visit with the doctor which I again requested should have happened on my pet's followup to the followup! So the rating is 5 stars for the surgery, 3 stars for followup!

I asked Leonard to use a closed fist motion to help signal him to sit so he'd be on the same page with my other dog and when I got him back after the three weeks it worked like a charm. Aside from his work, I would give Leonard himself a 5 star review. He's polite, very understanding of needs/wants, and overall was just a great guy to work with. Lastly, there was to many personal comments made towards me such as ''I don't do specific times'' along with ''stay out of trouble'' during my college spring break. Now she is an adult and they put her with a little dogs and she nipped one of the dogs, she's a hurting dog and they kicked her out. The staff loves our dog, but the son of the owner who runs the place doesn't know how to handle dogs and mixes big dogs with little dogs because he doesn't want to pay staff to keep them separate because of this.
