The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the doctor didn't try to sell me on a bunch of additional treatments. I left paying an incredibly small amount for a rabies vaccine and a full exam. Fast forward a year and a my doggie had a dental emergency. I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else, so I waited for the morning and they got me in same day. I saw a different doctor who was equally amazing. We knew we needed to get his tooth out asap (very infected and swollen) so he was able to rearrange the schedule and get him in first thing the next morning. We ended up doing a full cleaning while he was out, and I told him to do x rays and other services to his discretion. He ended up not needing to, and was able to keep my bill to a minimum. I was SHOCKED that with all the services we received I was able to keep the bill under $1,000. (Eval, difficult extraction, anesthesia, cleaning, rabies booster, additional meds during procedure, etc.) It's a great feeling to know that your pet is in the hands of someone who is truly just trying to do what is best for them and not to inflate the bill. They dealt with my anxiety with ease and even my dog didn't seem to be on edge. 100% recommend taking your pet to this place.

Brandy has been grooming our dogs for 2 generations now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has a…read moregenuine love for them and I know she is treating mine as if he were hers. My 1 yr old yorkipoo reaches for her and starts with kisses when she picks him up at the front door. But without question, it is the least stressful for our fur baby to not be kenneled and endure hours at a grooming salon. From pickup at the front door to return at the front door never more than 45 minutes and he looks great! Downside to being great is she is always booked. I am happy to book for a year in advance to secure our spot.

Tara is AMAZING, she has been grooming my dogs, Tucker and CC, for years. She is patient, honest,…read morecaring, kind, and incredibly helpful. My cocker spaniel has warts that pop up all over him and grooming him is difficult, but she goes slow and checks each area first...which has to be a pain for her. The warts pop up constantly so it's impossible to know if one appeared in between grooms. She also gave me a chart of locations for the vet when I got 11 of them removed recently (they will continue to grow back). The grooms are always really well done, and I know he's in great hands when he goes in. I previously went to Petsmart and Exotic Pets. Her grooming is hands down far better than Petsmart and cost far less. It was around the same price as Exotic Pets, but they cut my dog and didn't tell me. Had I known I could have taken care for the cut not to get infected. As a result it cost me a trip to the vet and the cone of shame for my dog. That's the other thing that did it for me. Sometimes things happen, but Tara is open about any problems at all--and she's never cut him despite going to her for more than five years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She and the other women in there are fabulous.
