The staff there handled my difficult to groom pup with ease. Years later when I moved and could not take my dog with me, Geri went out of her way to try to find a loving home for him. We picked her up when she was "finished" meanwhile her nails were still long, had to ask to them to trim again right away. Took her home to find many of knots, knots that easily could've been removed during the service- knots that we got the service for... all over her back, chest and behind her ears. Almost as if she was not brushed at all. Then we realized her tail has a huuge knot at the root taking up about a third of her tail totally ignored during the service as well. No or very few cats in cages, outdoor "catios" for the cats to bird-watch, etc., with no possibility of escape. Dogs are in comfortable kennels with outdoor runs as well. Every time we would drive by the facility he would get so excited thinking he was going there. Everyone that works there is incredible! Selma herself is the best! No matter what time or how short notice, she always managed to become available to us. We have left Oakley over night with her multiple times and she cared for him like he was her own. She even cooked him stew one night! We got into a car accident once, while Oakley was at the center. Without us even having to ask she offered to drive him to my families home so that we could focus on the accident. Even though we moved too far to use her services weekly I will still always go to her for boarding and special occasions. She's the only one I trust.
