The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

I brought my dog in this morning for a quick nail trimming. I immediately sensed something was off, but figured my dog will be in full view of me and it was just a nail trimming. The owner made very little small talk and seemed like something is off. He did not come across as a nice man or a person I'd trust with my animals. He also constantly screamed at the other dogs that were there. The place left me with a very bad, ominous feeling. I will not be going back and would implore anyone considering to read the negative reviews. There's some pretty serious allegations.
