This lack of communication and disregard for consent is deeply concerning. I strongly caution others: do not take your pet here. Based on my experience, they prioritize running up charges over transparent, ethical care.

if 10 stars were an option, I would definitely give 10. we brought in our baby Zora she had been…read morevomiting for almost 24hrs. no other vets wouod see her and said the same thing go to the rt or blue pedal. we called village vet and were told bring her in which we did rt away and they ran all her testing. we're very clear with us about what they thought gave us options and were very respectful with us as care can be expensive. dr Hoffman told us where we should start and kept her we were informed all day about how Zora was doing and at one point we wanted to run another set of X-rays, and they could have done that and taken the money like other clinics do but they didn't and said we don't think we need to right now and when we got there to pick her up they answered every question we had and her team was SO sweet with our baby Zora. The next day and the next day they were following up to see how she was doing and she is doing GREAT! if you can, I highly recommend this clinic and dr Hoffman. you won't find better care for your fur fur than this clinic
