I called and they got someone to the house within the hour. After about 20 mintues the technician had netted the chipmonk! I would call them every day and they would always say they were coming out that day. Nope. Never did. I tried to fix my squirrel problem myself. Suddenly, I was not up to their standards and they were washing their hands of me. Well my standard is, if you're going to say you're going to do a job (especially if you take money for it) you do it. It should never have gotten to the point where I felt I needed to do something myself.
