He worked with me to place the traps in the best possible locations, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to listen. They sealed all of the access points in the attic, crawl space, utility line entry points, vents, etc. - extremely thorough! The work is done and now they will follow up to ensure no more mice get in. They set traps to catch any mice that might've been inside prior to sealing.
