Clear communication, confirmed appointment times, and follow through should be standard, not something the customer has to chase down. I do want to recognize Brandon because he has been great when it comes to the actual service. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and thorough while at my home. My frustration is not with him. More recently, when we uncovered another area that needed attention, he promptly came back to clean and disinfect it as well. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!…read more Hired him for squirrel removal in my attic and to put traps in case there were any roof rats-he was so inconsistent and uncommunicative. Never came when he said he would, would show up late, and the work to seal openings around the house was very shoddy, janky work that I could have done myself, nothing a professional should have done. To make matters worse, I've sent him over 20+ texts asking for an invoice and he ignores all my texts. It's been over a month since his services and no invoice has been sent after countless requests for one. SUPPOSEDLY he has a 2 year warranty- there is no proof of that anywhere. I guess you're just supposed to take his word for it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. As soon as I paid him he never responded to any of my texts asking for an invoice. He's lucky I care more about my time than to take him to small claims court which I should do. Take your money elsewhere even if it's more expensive. You'll end up probably having to hire another company anyways and be out double the money to actually do what he says he was going to do. I could have DIY-ed what he did myself if it was gonna be such amateur work.
