Third time they have come to the rescue! Amazingly passionate and knowledgeable about any critter or pest issue.

I used this company 3-4 years ago to deal w a potential raccoon. To this day I am still finding issues with their shoddy work. This includes 1) pieces of metal and nails in my gutters 2) holes in my roof and flashing from when they nailed down the cage and didn't patch and I have had water leakage that in order to fix involved replacing some shingles and flashing. Additionally they never came around to treat the attic and to check the rat traps. The owner also wanted all payment up front and DID NOT come by to inspect any work. He sent two kids that were clearly not licensed or trained in anything related to this job. This was BY FAR the worst service I have had by any Houston company. I called the company on a Monday morning about some disturbing noises we had heard in the house over the weekend and left a message. Michael (the owner) texted me within a few minutes and arrived at our house about 1-1/2 hours later. He thoroughly inspected the inside and outside of the house and determined the point of entry of what turned out to be an opossum, which he was able to retrieve the next morning, having installed a funnel cage. He was good about checking in on a daily basis to make sure there were no additional animals before removing the funnel cage and sealing the point of entry a week later. Michael is very professional and respectful, but also extremely personable and he has a great sense of humor. His love of animals and his enthusiasm for what he does are very apparent. This company goes over and beyond with their service! I'm so glad they were able to get rid of a family of squirrels that had been living up in my attic for almost 2 months. The company I was working with before them didn't get the job done and they were just collecting money from me. I called Mike and explained my situation. Michael is a very responsive and licensed professional. We had a juvenile squirrel trapped in our wall. He gave us advice on placing a chain from the top of the cavity, so it could crawl out to be trapped and removed. When Michael arrived at our home, he did a complete exterior survey and located breech points in our roofs and soffits. Then he placed protective shoe coverings and surveyed the attic. He gave me a detailed explanation of his critter removal process and how he can seal the exterior portals to prevent future infestations. I've used cypress critters a few times now and the service hasn't tapered off at all. There are business owners who are all about the bottom line and just do what it takes to get by. But not Mike. He is through, polite, professional, and above all has good character. One treatment at my house fixed my wasp infestation, thank God because I turn into "aww hell no" mode when I see them. They will work with your schedule to get you in, even if it's a Saturday evening or Sunday morning. They're a hard workin couple who make sure the job is done right the first time. If you have any sort of critter issue in your house, from exoskeleton exterior to fur, they're you're team. We discovered a huge hole had been chewed through our chimney wall. Called Michael and he responded right away. Sent us some pics and an estimate and was at our house the same day. Micheal told us it was a raccoon. He set the trap and fortunately the raccoon was not in the attic at the time. I'm a portrait artist and he actually conned me into thinking he was going to purchase a portrait if I chose his company.. so Mike sent his son to do the work. I'm not sure if it was deliberate or pure ignorance, but the work was a COMPLETE atrocity. Pictures tell a thousand words... When Mike came to inspect the work, he apologized but did nothing to fix it. When asked if his son could come back and remove all the glue in my bricks, Mike couldn't get him to come over until five days later! Great company and service. I was dealing with rodents in the attic and got 4 quotes. CCP wasn't the cheapest, but I was confident they would do the best job of the 4 companies. Justin, the CCP technician, was the only one who: 1) wore booties when he entered my home, and 2) actually climbed on the roof to determine ingress points Other companies poked around in the attic for a few minutes and gave me generic quotes. CCP showed me exactly where the rodents were entering (evidenced by insulation on the exterior of the roof - pulled out by the rodents as they exited). They came, did the work, and got rid of the rodent problem. And it's all backed by a 3-year warranty, which gives me piece of mind. I freaked out because I saw some roaches in my house and they were able to come and spray my house on a Saturday morning. They were done spraying within 20 minutes.
