No one else had been in my home that day BUT me and him. I contacted the company immediately, and instead of taking this seriously, I received little concern or accountability. This company services my apartment building and as long as they come when scheduled I've never had issues with roaches, which is pretty good. I do wish the schedule could be expanded so I could have them come on saturdays instead of tuesdays only, because when I have to lock my cat up in the bedroom she starts to tear up the carpet which is not ideal. The techs are always kind, polite, and efficient. They even took care of some wasps on my patio once and the wasps never came back. They also used to leave cards on the door so you knew when they were coming, but within the last few months they stopped doing this so I never know which Tuesday they are coming, and then I don't know when to put my pet up! Please start leaving the cards on the doors again at the Abbey at Willowbrook. read more

They just suck. Too much too type. my apartment unfortunately picked these cheap mfers and I've never gotten a quality treatment not once. Currently have a full infestation 2 weeks removed from a CLEANOUT by these lazy mfers and it has done nothing. Oh but they make sure to threaten on their shitty checklist that if you don't follow all of it you are subject to a fine which is a joke. Let's threaten to charge our customers more if they don't clean out their entire kitchen and bathroom and move all their furniture even though we know we're about to send some lazy sorry ass tech who isn't even gonna do the job. Wouldn't recommend to anybody man. They hire nothing but bums over there and you can tell. Can't leave a google review anymore since they took that down I'm assuming due to how bad they were. Wondering where I send my fine too for the 3 hours to take everything apart, the 3 hours I couldn't be in my own home, and the 3 hours to put everything back. 9 Hours of my time and energy wasted to not even receive to service I went through all that trouble for. So since cancellation fees are deemed reasonable for inconvenience of a lazy tech and a trash company then yall should have no problem cutting me a check for my inconvenience of having to deal with yall. Back in 2021 absolute nightmare with these clowns (I still have the emails to prove it) We were on the 3rd week of scheduled cleanouts but the tech would come and find a different excuse every time and leave. Manager of my apartment complex has to email who was regional manager ( now owner, and I'll get to that in a second) to tell him that they needed to get somebody out ASAP since I had had my entire apartment upside down waiting for 3 weeks and Darren D's response was "It would be best if you just let us take care of it, treating yourself is only gonna make things worse."..... AS COMPARED TO WHAT!? The service y'all wouldn't provide at all??? So 3 weeks became, I shit you not, 6 weeks since they would only send tech out on Fridays only I would wait an entire week in between for them to come and just leave again. A month and a half full infestation roaches crawling in my cats food and all, and we were just waiting on a service from these assholes. Solution there ended up being one of the girls from my apartment had to come down on the 6th Friday and watch to guy the entire time to ensure he did the job....which is nothing short of tragic. Darren D my guy....don't know how you fell backwards from regional manager to Owner but here's some advice, instead of replying to customers reviews on yelp with "Well maybe call us instead of going to Google to spread negativity".... MAYBE DO A GOOD JOB THE FIRST TIME AND PEOPLE WON'T FEEL THE NEED TO GET ON THE INTERNET AND TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR CRAPPY COMPANY!!! So yes those very same google reviews that you have gone out of your way to get taken down now have it where a specific search of this company has yall come up 4th or 5th so that was a genius move, If nobody can find us nobody will use us I guess? And then a Facebook page in a city of over 2 million people has 68 likes. The story writes itself. Bad quality, bad techs, mismanagement are all things that have gotten us to this point. So even though we get charged for "pest control" whether we use it or not and the only choice is these inadequate people...looks like AGAIN I'm gonna have to go out of pocket with Bugs Inc here in Katy who did an outstanding job the last time I went that route. They literally tried to lie on my Google review so I'm letting it be known here also. My husband and I received "service" from this company to our apartment on September 5th. We followed the instructions in the email to clear space for areas to be sprayed. The employee shows up, barely touches the kitchen and bathroom ONLY, stating that they generally only spray those 2 areas because that's where the roaches congregate....okay cool. He said the spray would take up to 10 days to work although the real professional extermination we've had in the past worked instantly. We only went with this place because it's included in the rent. It has been been over 2 weeks later and to no one's surprise, still the same amount of roaches as before. But to reply to my Google review with a blatant LIE saying you didn't spray everywhere because our apartment wasn't "prepared" correctly when my Husband and I were barely moved in with NO furniture?!?! I can tell this company takes themselves as a joke and my husband and I are as well. We WILL be reporting to the BBB for dishonesty and malicious intent. I am confident that they will not be in business for much longer. read more

I panicked on a Saturday morning trying to find the right company to get rid of what I thought was an animal in my attic. Picking the right company is a pain because I've had this problem before and the last one I picked didn't do a good job. I contacted Daren at CoverAll and hoped for the best. He sent a technician out within a few hours and they set a trap. They weren't convinced it was a raccoon but set the trap anyway. I checked it for a couple days and when we didn't catch anything, a different technician, Brett, came out to look around. After Brett inspected the attic he was convinced it was roof rats. Brett was very knowledgeable, had lots of experience and was very easy to talk to. He came up with a plan-but this plan was different from the last company I used. Brett uses metal flashing that he paints to match the color of my trim and he bends it to fit under the eaves to block any access points into my house. He glues it and screws it down. He did an awesome job! Not only does it look nice, But I also know those rats can't chew through it. The last company I used just crammed wire mesh into the crack. Coverall even gives a 3 year warranty where others give one and after 3 years I can renew that warranty for a fee. For the first time I feel like my issues with these varmits has been solved. Had a roach issue in my kitchen mainly. They came out and did their service and I am glad I called them. Roaches gone. I also had a rat issue in my attic. They sealed all the entry points set traps and caught 5 rats in the attic and removed them. All warrantied. I highly recommend this company for bug and rat issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My apartment complex uses this company, and it must be the low pricing because I know it's not for the quality. Technicians barely come to my apartment, and I've heard it all on "why": they knocked with no answer, they don't have a key, and I wasn't on the schedule. I moved into this apartment with a roach infestation because the roach flush these guys did a week prior to me moving in was trash. The office literally carries spare keys for all apartments, yet somehow the technician (or even the technician manager!) will say they don't have a key. They only come here on Tuesday's, my boyfriend's off day. He sits at home every Tuesday waiting on them to come, and they fail to even attempt to knock on the door. Looking at this other one star review and the owner's TERRIBLE response, I can't believe anyone uses them! Who argues with a customer on a review for everyone to see????? Terrible customer service and terrible job in general. They get paid for jobs they don't do, and if the owner of the company is anything like what his texts read as, everyone should just switch to Stampede Pest Control. Much better quality and services, and most of all the owner won't argue with you! And personally to the owner- don't bother responding to me. Instead, how about you tell your technician manager Jose and Riley to both do their jobs. Nothing more, nothing less. Do what you get paid for. read more
