Had a scare on Saturday night with our sweet 11yr old baby. She was throwing up blood, and was just NOT doing well at all. We called ahead and they were aware we were coming. Luckily, they notified us that they had moved from the Indiana location to 64th and Ward. We got there around 9:30pm and staff took her to the back immediately. We were then walked to the waiting room and were updated at least every 15-30min. It was a bit busy that night too. Everyone was very kind, sincere and really made sure our little Ivory was ok. Our entire visit lasted 3 1/2hrs. They also have coffee and tea available and a kids corner. Thank you guys for everything, Ivory is feeling a ton better!

My pup Tinkerbell was in a car when it rolled, I was concerned about internal injuries and if anything was going on I couldn't see myself. It was after hours and I called a few places until I found these guys! They got me in that night and took care of my baby girl like she was one of their personal pets. They gave her medicine for the anxiety she was developing and an x-ray to double check that everything was okay. The next day they called to check on her and then a couple days later when I was concerned about her behavior, I called and the vet spoke with me. She asked for every little detail and reassured me that it was okay and walked me through what to look out for. I exclusively recommend this place now for emergency or urgent pet care!! Thank you for taking care of my pup!

My husband and I woke up on Dec 28 thinking we were heading out for Cancun in a few hours. Instead, we found a lethargic, thirsty cat who had vomited and was crying. I called AUC and they said to bring her right in and they could do an exam right away. After an exam, they could tell there was something off with her kidneys and she had some fluid in her abdomen and they needed to keep her to do some more tests. They ended up keeping our girl overnight, and provided an update midday and around 6pm. They let me know they had a Dr there 24/7 and that I could call anytime for an update. I called their bluff and called them around 1am and they let me know Monroe was sleeping peacefully and they'd call me between 6-8am. I received an update call at 6:30, was told they'd be doing bloodwork around 10 and I could expect another update by 11:30. That update call came and they said she was doing great, they just wanted to keep an eye on her and we'd hear from them around 5 about picking her up. I was very impressed by the constant communication. It's scary not knowing what's up with your fluffy little friend and they let me know what was going on, when I could expect an update, and made sure I understood what everything meant. When I took her to the only place open at that hour, I had to have some faith that they were going to be the best not just the only. They were absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful. Monroe now has a great new haircut and is doing amazing. Did she do this so we wouldn't leave town? Maybe. It does seem like she started perking up once she heard we canceled the trip. I guess next time we're taking her to Cancun with us.

Kimchi right after getting home from the vet feeling so much better.

My baby girl Kimchi had gotten into something she shouldn't have and got a nasty stomach bug and after rushing her in in the early hours of the morning I was greeted by the most caring, friendly, understanding, and sweet staff at this location. They were very honest and straightforward about the care she required and gave me so many options for her care. The vets were very knowledgeable and friendly and all the technicians were very helpful and sweet. They took amazing care of my baby girl and kept me informed the whole time. I loved that I could call day or night to check on her and they showed my pup so much love when I couldn't. Absolutely amazing experience!

    Thank you, love Diggs.

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I took my dog, Diggs into the Arvada location on Sunday, Feb 5th. He was neutered in the 31st and was starting to show extreme signs of discomfort. My dog has a tendency to be reactive and untrusting but your team did so well with his particular needs. They diagnosed him with a hematoma and an infection at the incision site. It's been two days and I see a significant change in my best friend. He is on the mend and I can't thank you enough for helping us and providing him the best care. We are forever thankful. Just had to give y'all a shout out.

She graduated some PT training with them, gave me much anxiety when her legs would hurt her, and they were always the very best at sending her home with me happy and healthy. Sadly, the last time I brought her here, it was too late to save her. Nessie was a Bernese Mountain Dog and she had hemangiosarcoma which was undiagnosed. Her symptoms the morning of her passing was primarliy lethargy, not wanting food, and pale gums. Within moments of me realizing she wasn't doing well, I got her into the car and sped to the hospital. As we were driving her symptoms got worse and I called ahead to ask for immediate help. The team was out front when we arrived and we got her onto a gurnee. I wiped out one of her eye boogers and told her I'd be right there to take care of her. Nessie sadly didn't make it to surgery. Her heart gave out before we could help her. But I know she got the best way to leave this earth as she was barely in pain and she wouldn't have liked the cancer treatment we were planning for her. The team did a really good job helping me through the hardest thing I've ever been through. My one regret is I wish I had woken earlier that day and tried to get her help faster. But sometimes things don't go the way we want. I hope if you're in need of urgent care, you can get your pup here swiftly and allow the team to do their very best. It's a hard job these Vets and the team have, taking care of our sweet angels. I've put off on writing this review as even though it's been three months, still feels very fresh to not have my sweetheart by my side. Thank you team for all your help. She was the very best girl.

Based on her bloodwork, her liver enzymes were heavily elevated. We had her there for about 2 days then got her because we were waiting on lab results and we knew we wanted her at home after a few days. Although it was a pricey visit. She was well taken care of. We still don't know why she didn't want to eat or anything not by the fault of the hospital or anything. Our dog is just a mystery. We had a follow up and liver enzymes had decreased which was a good sign. Our dog is still with us but not sure for how much longer since she is a senior dog who still refuses to eat her kidney food. But we are doing what we can but we are happy with the way our dog was treated here. Everyone was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions.

When any additional procedure is needed - the doctor hands you another bill to pay. This occurred a minimum of 4 times while I was there. The pressure of the bill and having to make life and death choices makes for a not clear-headed decision. I understand that they want their money. I'm sure that can be an issue - however - putting a clip board with a paper to sign and a card charger in front of your face throughout the time there became a bit much. After finding a lump on my dogs throat, I was told by our vet to bring her to an oncology specialist - they recommended the team at CASE. I was able to get an appointment for the following week (very lucky! - most places had over a month wait). Our first visit was loaded with important information, and Dr. Galloway very graciously and patiently talked me through what was happening, what my options were, and with those options in mind, what was next. Within 24 hours, I had a diagnosis - supplemented with lab work, X-rays, and radiographs - and my pup had a spot on Dr. Prpich's surgery schedule for the following morning. If I had known at the time how much of a bada** surgeon Dr. Prpich is, I would have had the best sleep of my life... she removed a cancerous mass WRAPPED AROUND MY DOGS CAROTID ARTERY, among other things, and called me herself to let me know the surgery was successful. Upon picking up my pup, I received a printed and bound (!!) report concerning a treatment plan and her med schedule. Mesa and I went back for chemo appointments the following 3 months, and the front desk staff and vet techs were nothing short of completely delightful. On her last day of chemo, my pup came home with a bandana and a printed certificate to celebrate her last appointment; it was signed by all the staff, include Dr. Galloway, and yes, I rushed back to the car to have the happiest ugly cry at the thoughtfulness of it all. That is the IMMENSE level of competency you can expect from the oncology department at CASE.
