If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

I am a property manager for short term rentals, and the word BEDBUG is about as bad as it gets in our industry. Our company has used a reputable, national company for years for all of our pest control (HomeTeam) and have been beyond happy with our services. Our Achilles heal however, has been bedbugs. While we do not get them often, they are something that can put a home out of commission for nearly a month (if all goes well), costing the owner, manager and guests thousands in lost revenue and ruined vacations. With the uptick in issues lately (less than one annually to several in last four months), I did some googling and came across All Star. I saw Gerald's Youtube video and was convinced it was worth a shot. I had the owner of the home coming in from Europe in five days and I needed action. Gerald answered the phone on the first try and quoted me if I needed to do the room ($550 downstairs/$650 upstairs) or for the whole home ($1 per sq ft). He was able to make it out next day. After investigating, we found the issue to be contained to a single room, and Gerald, Dennis and family began working some magic. He comes equipped with his own trailer and diesel generator that generates heat of over 150 degrees to kill all life cycles of the pest. Unlike other companies, using his own source (rather than the home's electricity) allows him to reach higher temperature, and faster results. They were out of the house within 4 hours, and we were ready for housekeeping to get it ready. I could not have been more impressed. ...then Murphy and his dumbass laws brought the same issue to a completely different home!! This one was bad...it was several rooms upstairs, and only a few days later. Again, Gerald and team were quick to come out next day and wiped out the entire upstairs in under 6 hours. Again, lifesavers. The price is way less than others...we used to pay $1700-$2200 per room and be offline for 28 days MINIMUM. If you have any issues, you MUST call Gerald. His personality alone will win you over, and will also assure you that you are using small, family run businesses. I couldn't ask for a better partner to help us going forward with these sorts of issues. While we hope to not call him in the future, we can sleep easy knowing that he is there to help.

After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. I have been a client since February 2025. I initially hired them to handle a rodent issue in my grill area--a contained problem. I paid them $1,800 to seal my home and signed up for their monthly monitoring contract. Despite this significant investment, the result has been a total failure. Here is the reality of their "service": * Zero Results: After nearly a year of payments, I have the exact same infestation in my grill area. The initial exclusion work was clearly ineffective. * Blatant Laziness: I have watched technicians arrive and sit in their vehicle for 30 minutes before finally getting out to do "work." They are burning the clock on my dime. * Proof of Negligence: The incompetence is staggering. One technician actually admitted to me that a rat had made a nest inside a bait box. This is undeniable proof that they are not checking the equipment I am paying them to monitor. They are simply going through the motions. * High Turnover & No Accountability: I have seen three or four different technicians during this time. There is no consistency, and they clearly cannot keep staff. When I demanded a manager come out to see this mess personally, they refused and just sent another low-level technician.
