I stopped by on a Saturday to ask about getting my ring resized. I was quoted $50 so I thought it was a great deal! The guy in there was so kind! We found that the ring needed to be sized down two sizes, from 5.5 to a 3.5. I came by on Tuesday to pick it up. Karo was able to quickly size a new watch band for me, in about less time than it took me to take it out of the box. He ensured the fit was what I liked, trying it both a little snug and a little loose with me. Karo is friendly and even remembered my name from the previous week when I had dropped off a watch for repair. Anka Jewelry was most certainly worth the drive from across town to see them. If 6 stars were available, that would be my rating. I had a battery watch replaced and was done quickly and at a fair price. My moms watch had some issues and they did what they can to salvage it. No charge for that. They advised to purchase a new watch rather than them replacing it for it could be the same price or possibly more. I appreciate their honesty. Their store is completely safe as they have security cameras throughout and locked entryways. Definitely recommend! read more

The customer service I received at Anka Jewelry was awesome. I had a men's wristwatch that needed a new band. They did not have it in stock so Karo it in a special order for it ( something another jeweler would not or could not do). In addition to replacing the watchband, he redesigned 2 pairs of earrings to my specs and replaced 10 bangle-watch batteries that I had been told were not replaceable. All this was done on time for a great price. I visited the store 3 times. When I left each time, Karo gave me a great smile, a handshake and sincerely thanked me for my business. I will be using Anka Jewelers for all my future needs, and I encourage others to do the same. You will not be disappointed. read more

Easy 5 stars for this local business. I needed a battery replaced in one of my watches plus a link removed in the band. I showed up here today right at 10am and was done in 10 minutes. The man who helped me there was friendly, efficient, and had the cutest Shih-Tzu sidekick who kept me company while I waited for my watch to be done. And I only paid $20, which is much less than I have at other places I have been to in the past. I see why other Yelpers have given Anka Jewelry five stars! read more

They did an amazing job. Very quick response from the team when I inquired online and the 2 gentleman in the store both greeted me. I brought in 2 watches to be repaired and they fixed them both within 10 mins. Very reasonable price for both. I'll be bringing any future watches here. Carl was very professional and added back one link to the watch that ended up too small after he initially fixed it. Again all of this was fixed in about 10 mins. I appreciate their help. read more

This location is one of the bigger ones we've been to, but with a smaller selection of pre-owned watches. Upon entering there was not a sole to be found. It took a few minutes of wondering before we could have an employee to direct us towards the pre-owned rolex case. We saw a few that were unique, but waaaay overpriced. It was fun to look at and try on, but nothing made sense for us.

The prices were relatively decent and the work was done swiftly. I was told they normally don't do same day pick up but they had all of our pieces ready for us in about two hours. I would recommend them to friends and family as well as personally do business with them in the future. Come to think of it, I have a few rings that need a diamond or two replaced. So I'll actually be paying them a visit very soon and look forward to them delivering quality work yet again.

Avoid at all costs! This business is scamming people! It was legit only because of the person who worked there before previously , he passed away last spring unfortunately, RIP. And his son and uncle took over the business. Whoever is in charge right now is scamming people and threatening them to call the police on them. They were not able to do the job and to avoid bad reviews they stole earrings and blamed the customer for that!!!! They damaged the pendant that was given for the repair and even didn't apologized .
