Had a watch fixed that wasn't running properly and a broken extender on a chain. $55 for both & both are excellent. My only complaint is the hours. All posted hours, including on the door of the shop, are incorrect. They seem like more of a suggestion. My best guess is Tues-Fri11:00 -6:00 Saturday 11:30-3. Had to go there 4 times to drop off my watch. First time was a Monday (they are closed), so I went back Tuesday. No one was there during regular hours. Went back a week later there was a note on the door that they are closed for two weeks or so. Finally dropped my watch off and the guy who repairs watches was not there, the guy who was there was extremely rude when I asked for a claim ticket for my watch - seems they do everything with "sticky notes". But, he assured me more than once the "watchman" will call me that day. This was the first of three promises for a call back that never came. I had to call them. The first call the "watchman" acted like I was bothering him and was very rude. The next call he was nicer, but not the way these reviews make him out to be. I decided to pick my watch up and take it elsewhere. The owner was, of course, late opening. There was one woman there before me waiting. Once he arrived and opened he decided it was more important to take care of customers calling than us. After not returning promised calls or even looking at my watch, as repeatedly promised, to see if it was a repair he could do he offers the woman who walked in right before me to fix her jewelry while she waits - so, I guess if you want the "Quick Repair" of your jewelry you better walk in and say you will wait for it because if it goes to the back room you will never see it again. read more

Many cars were coming in, and people were getting into a store, and I was wondering what they do to have so many customers in this shabby area.... Well, it was my destination, Quick Repair Jewelry. I got in to find a line in front of the counter! I sat down to wait. It wasn't a fabulous looking jewelry store at all... Nothing in the store impressed me. I stopped by as I was nearby and wanted to get the ring with a loosening stone fixed. My turn. The repairer checked the ring and said he could fix it while I wait. Great. I waited, along with others. He fixed the ring and changed me a very reasonable price. No wonder people come to this store for their jewelry and watches. It was a pleasant surprise. So far it's been going well, I was recommended this shop by my father in law. Myself, I do not know much about jewelry, but I do know if you need a quick fix, this is a place to go to, turn around time is hour or so. Only for snapped chains, and etc. While browsing I was conversing with who happens to be the owner, and he also said he melts down jewelry and makes customs pieces, and also allows you to bring gold scraps to make you custom pieces with old gold you no longer use. The gentleman that removed the links was very friendly and made sure the right amount of links were removed before I left the shop. It was only $15.00 to get the links removed and he did it well. Great service and great pricing. Resized my watch for $12. As a side note, they have to let you in to the store by unlocking it so you have to pull the door open after they ring you in. At first he took off an additional link and when he saw it didn't fit ideally he put it right back on so I appreciated that. For any other jewelry repairs I'd definitely come back. read more

stopped in Friday after work to get a link taken out of Ed's watch. You have to ring the little buzzer to get let in (I can see why, a lil sketchy in the parking lot). A young lady asked what I needed. Told her just a link removed. She said $10 is that ok? Absolutely. A cute lil older gentleman came out and sat at a little table. Click Clack, Bang, Clack and in 2 minutes was done. Took the watch home and it still needed one more link. I came in today to get my ring repaired and received exceptional service from Alberto. A quick back story is that I had to get my wedding ring cut while I was pregnant bc my fingers were so swollen I couldn't remove it. Alberto was really helpful and patient w/ me deciding what ring size I needed as I'm still losing my baby weight and didn't want it too snug or loose. He tested my diamonds before I dropped my ring off and told me it would be ready by 5pm. At 5 o'clock sharp he called as I was pulling up to inform me that my ring was ready!
