I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this jeweler. On May 21, I placed an order for a custom cremation pendant for my dog, Nipsey, who passed away on May 19. This was not just another jewelry purchase it was something deeply sentimental that I planned to use to carry his ashes with me every day. At the time of purchase, I was told I would receive a CAD design within 5-7 business days for approval. Instead, I did not receive the CAD design until June 3. When it finally arrived, the pendant was significantly smaller than the size we had originally discussed and agreed upon and what I paid for it was not cheap. In addition, the custom engraving that was supposed to appear on both the front and back of the pendant was completely missing from the design. After already waiting much longer than promised, I expected to receive a CAD that accurately reflected the details of the piece I had ordered. Unfortunately, it did not. I politely requested that the design be corrected. I was then informed that making the changes would require an additional 7-10 days, on top of the approximately six-week production time I had already been quoted. Given the delay and the emotional importance of this piece, I tried multiple times to contact someone for assistance and received little to no response. I eventually went into the store to discuss the situation in person. Rather than receiving understanding or customer service, I felt dismissed. The employee I spoke with appeared irritated, rolled her eyes, and was rude during our conversation. I explained that I was willing to continue doing business with them if they could simply help move the process along due to the delays and inconvenience. Not done on my part but on theirs.. especially due to the importance of this pendant. I was understanding and nice definitely frustrated but not rude so to be treated that way was unacceptable. Shortly after leaving, I received a phone call informing me that my order was being canceled because they "couldn't work under pressure." After waiting nearly 3 weeks just to receive an incorrect and incomplete CAD design, I was left with no pendant, no solution, and no compassion for what was a very emotional purchase. The level of customer service I received after payment was completely different from the friendliness I experienced when making the purchase. They were so sweet when taking my money.  I understand that delays can happen. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication, lack of accountability, and lack of empathy shown throughout this process. This pendant was meant to honor my best friend and keep a part of him with me after his passing. Instead, what should have been a meaningful experience became a frustrating and heartbreaking one. Now I had to continue on my search without my baby with me for even longer. Thank God I found an amazing jeweler that can do it fast. They've already approved my CAD Design within 3 days Correctly! I will have my pendant in 7 to 10 Business Days! Way better than 6 weeks. I believe things happen for a reason and I truly believe this was the reason. On top of that way less of a cost, the original pendant was 10k gold. This one is 14k and was the size that I originally agreed to with this jeweler. They make their products overseas to keep the cost low, but not great quality and on top of that the service is horrible. I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision before trusting this company with an important and sentimental project. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that this was not a luxury purchase made on a whim. This pendant was being created to hold the ashes of my beloved dog just days after losing him. During an incredibly difficult time, I trusted this company with something that carried immense emotional value. The delays, mistakes, and lack of urgency showed a complete disregard for how important this piece was to me. Equally disappointing was the customer service. Being met with eye-rolling, dismissive behavior, and a rude attitude when I was simply asking for help was completely unprofessional. I remained respectful throughout the process despite my frustration, yet I was treated as though I was the problem for expecting the product and service that had been promised. Instead of taking responsibility for the delays and errors, they chose to cancel my order altogether. For a company handling sentimental memorial jewelry, I found the lack of compassion and empathy shocking. No customer should be treated this way, especially when trusting a business with something so personal and meaningful after one of the hardest times of their lives! This repair shop just opened I thought I check it out, they are pretty good in the prices. I got couple of my chains fixed. My chains look brand New not only they fixed it but cleaned it for free.
