Her face was covered with a towel, and on the one occasion she managed to look up, the staff member deliberately positioned himself so that her view of her purse was blocked. When the security footage was reviewed, the police discovered that four minutes of the recording were mysteriously missing. I was present at the time and witnessed the entire incident, and to me it was very clear what had happened. The police have already taken the video and will be continuing their investigation. What really confirmed my suspicions was a comment made by one of the staff members when she called the police--he said, "the police can't do anything!" On top of that, he contradicted himself several times, which only made it even clearer what was going on. The staff were horribly rude, shady, and quite intimidating. In addition, I have also heard there is illicit activity taking place at this location, which makes the entire situation even more concerning. STAY CLEAR !!

When they started a massage with what should've been a nice head massage, I realized their fingers were the source of the cigarette stench! When they start on your arms and your shoulder area, they open hand rub the front of your shoulders, which makes them kind of get your chest! They should not be massaging there! Someone wrote a previous review that mentioned boundaries were crossed and I have to imagine this was what she was talking about. The foot massage was fine. All hell kind of breaks loose once you flip over for the 30 minute back massage. My friend and I were both dying! I have had so many massages in my life- I even have a monthly membership at one of the popular massage chains. Every vacation I go on I get a massage. This was like getting a random biker off the side of the road to give a massage. It was so aggressive and painful and I'm pretty sure they were applying pressure to places where you are not supposed to. Walpole board of health- please check licenses and certifications! So walking in I told them I am uncomfortable in certain places and reported that I clench my teeth and do get numb in my right shoulder.
