An hour before the appointment I received a voicemail message that due to the size of our project they were declining our project. I had advises when speaking with them originally that we did not have a timeframe of when the project needed to be completed and that it was a small project so I could have understood if they had advised that there was a wait before they could start when I requested information from them but declining a project after already agreeing to meet with a customer is just bad business in my opinion.

They gave me an estimate right on the spot, their estimate was very reasonable and I told them to do it. He said it would be about 2-3 weeks before they can get back to do the work.... I can see why now. About a week prior to having the work done the owner called me and wanted to meet again to be sure we were all on the same page, I really appreciated that. We met and he gave me a date when they would be out. He said that I didn't need to be home they day they were here. I left for work about 7:30 and they were just pulling up. I got home about 5:45 and they were just about finished. Like I said before, I can see why it was 2-3 weeks before they could do the work....My home looked completely different, I was blown away when I pulled up. The curves in the concrete edging and the color with updated plants made my home look 15 years newer!!! You may have to wait a little to have the work done but its well worth the wait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

He asked me to remove the post and he would have me the money before this week. Well so much for me being nice because he has just ignored me and I have never seen a penny back. I never thought of checking BBB as this is a habit if scamming people. I will be contacting the police if I do not have the money by tomorrow. Please get the word out so he never has the option of scamming another person.
