My ENT can verify, bc I needed help so badly. The next week, the dentists asked if anyone got back to me! So, he knew about the calls for help. My denture experience was horrible. Non fitting for 8 months and refused my final set. Front office tried to say I hadn't already paid on care credit in full!! I had the walkout statement and my cc is fo. They don't know how to read their own statements. Turnover is constant. Goal oriented business where Care is not considered. I had severe pain (TMJ ) developed in my jaw from being overextended during the removal. This pain cost me more money, going to see dentist for the pain. On second visit there was payment due, I paid 600, but had a balance, i say ok I'll get billed the remaining, not thinking it would hold up my tooth replacement. The dentist office did not say they would hold up my replacement until they were paid all of the bill, But when I left the office I was told they would send my Dentist the information needed to start the final step of my replacement and I needed to wait 3 weeks. So I call my dentist office to make appointment excited to be able to finally get my tooth, Dentist says they had not received anything yet and they would call me as soon as they did. 3 to 4 weeks later I start calling my dentist, my dentist is kinda blowing me off, so I'm wondering why, I say let me call Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to see if they have sent over the information. 4 weeks later i find out nothing has been sent to my dentist because they want all of their money. The staff was friendly and professional. I went to the back to get my wisdoms removed and the assistance or nurses were very informative and made me feel very comfortable. They used an IV on me so I was sedated but I don't remember if I went to sleep or not so maybe that's a good thing lol. I didn't feel any pain except with the insertion of the IV. Lastly the one thing that I liked the most about them was that they called me hours later just to check on me and see how I was doing. I'd recommend anyone to go here to get teeth removed!
