It is also close to the SCAD Fibers building so I usually walk to class and it takes 4-5 mins. Close to everything in Historic savannah downtown. Beautiful space, view, and very peaceful. Julie is so friendly and made everything so easy for me- from leasing, to choosing the perfect apartment unit, maintenance requests and planning events for us. The fitness area is great. And i love that I could use both facilities in Bowery 1 and 2. The sauna is awesome and the rooftop terrace! The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I highly recommend this place as it has a special place in my heart!!

The electric bills are arbitrarily adjusted based on whatever they feel like charging you. They do not tell you how much electricity was drawn from the unit's meter when you pay the bills. That is NOT NORMAL in the real world. I'm saying this as an alumni: For the love of god, GO TO VICTORY VILLAGE.

Asked for a bulb to be replaced and the maintenance guy didn't even allow me time to answer the door before he barged in and complained about doing his job. Every weekend the garbage is overflowing. People park where ever they want and I can't always find parking in front of where I pay to live and they won't do anything about it....other than offer for me to pay for a garage even farther away! It was like none of them ever spoke with each other or wrote anything down. Ramoni Hall was the absolute worst to deal with. So rude. So condescending. We were told we could move in on a certain date so we had movers at our home first thing in the morning. They were loading our belongings and my wife got a call from rude Ramoni. She told my wife that we couldn't move in until 3PM because they were late shampooing the carpet. My wife was in tears. That would cause us to have to pay the movers double. She didn't care. I called a sister location and asked for corporate. Suddenly everyone's attitude changed. We immediately got a call that we could move in as planned. No apology. Nothing. After moving in we found about half of the staff was pleasant and half horrible to deal with. We never enjoyed living there. They would let the trash pile up so high it was horrible. We were ashamed to have company. I could go on but I'll end with this. Never consider moving in to these apartments. You've been warned.

I love using the fitness room and the pool is super nice. I have never had any serious problems except for my ac going out in may last year! They got it fixed within 2 days so I was pretty happy about that. The rent is kind of pricey but at the same time it is worth everything that you are getting. The community is pet and children friendly!

The skyrise apartments are home to hundreds of residents for independent or assisted living. Upon arrival, we found many of the tenants enjoying the autumn weather under the awning, each greeting us warmly in traditional Savannah style. Inside, the facility was clean and offered well-lit, spacious two-bedroom apartments. Some residents had decorations covering their front door. Others prop their front door open; a simple invitation to come in and chat. The staff here was very accommodating, and we had a wonderful visit.
