So, in this update I will state what I like about the apartments: * I love that I get to wake up to birds singing, grab a cup of tea, go out on the screened in patio and appreciate the trees. Trees make the best neighbors. * The floor plan allows enough room for family time and individual endeavors. * Olympus Fenwick is quaint, quiet and the grocery store is just across the street. read more

What would I improve about this place? Other than everything? Every time they asked for something in order to move I'd get it for them and suddenly it was something else I had to get, then something else (you get the picture). Asked for a bulb to be replaced and the maintenance guy didn't even allow me time to answer the door before he barged in and complained about doing his job. Every weekend the garbage is overflowing. People park where ever they want and I can't always find parking in front of where I pay to live and they won't do anything about it....other than offer for me to pay for a garage even farther away! I've never delt with a company that so acted like they didn't want us to move in. Confusion., poor attitudes and misinformation were regular throughout the experience. It was like none of them ever spoke with each other or wrote anything down. Ramoni Hall was the absolute worst to deal with. So rude. So condescending. We were told we could move in on a certain date so we had movers at our home first thing in the morning. They were loading our belongings and my wife got a call from rude Ramoni. She told my wife that we couldn't move in until 3PM because they were late shampooing the carpet. My wife was in tears. That would cause us to have to pay the movers double. She didn't care. I called a sister location and asked for corporate. Suddenly everyone's attitude changed. We immediately got a call that we could move in as planned. No apology. Nothing. After moving in we found about half of the staff was pleasant and half horrible to deal with. We never enjoyed living there. They would let the trash pile up so high it was horrible. We were ashamed to have company. I could go on but I'll end with this. Never consider moving in to these apartments. You've been warned. read more

I used to live here, the place is disgusting trash everywhere, neighbors are rude and there's always the smell of weed. Management is terrible, good thing I moved out of here. A package also got shipped here after I moved out and my wife kindly asked if we pay for the new label if they can send it to us. Which to do that it takes 2 seconds. They basically told us "not my problem" don't bother moving in here. Let's see if they return the package at least to usps or is the manager going to think "not my problem" read more

We have lived here for about 4 months and there has been a problem every single month that takes days/weeks of us calling for updates. The toilet flooded the bathroom, the AC broke leaving the apartment at 90 degrees that took 2+ weeks to fix and the roof is leaking but every time I call I get sent to voicemail or they basically tell me nothing. Living here has been so stressful and would not recommend. read more

Why do you keep saying it is clean? It is NOT. Come over here right now and look at it. There is a huge pile of mattresses, sofas, tires, and all kinds of junk back here. Instead of lying about it why don't you just clean it up? read more

Still one star, update that it has taken over a month to get our stove fixed. I've now moved out and they are taking my deposit due to the stove being broken. The apartment is also apparently dirty, but me and my wife are very clean people. Do not move in here you will inevitably regret it. read more

After a year of living here rent went from $1200 to $1900. Constant issues with the bathrooms and plumbing. The apartments aren't even worth what we are paying and I would know because I lived in 3 different models. My current apartment has carpet that lifts up every time you vacuum so sooner or later you will end with with holes in your carpet (that you can tell has been previously patched). read more

BEWARE OF MOVING IN HERE. Moved in on a short term lease while our house was being built and during first walk through of the apartment my wife and I both felt the apartment smelt like cat piss. We were told that it was "the cleaning solution" they used for the carpets but they would look into it. We decided to vacuum the carpets ourselves and we picked up multiple bags of dirt that was beyond disgusting. Having an infant that was crawling we wanted the carpets cleaned or replaced asap. When we took the bags to management Lou, the manager, told us that her staff followed all cleaning protocols and that they are confident the apartment was clean. This was despite the fact i was holding bags of dirt. After some fight and daily check ins 3 days later they finally ended up agreeing to replace all carpets. On top of this all of the cabinets were scratched up or chewed on by some type of animal and never replaced before we moved in. Shortly after this incident we noticed that we had an upcoming bill of $30 dollars from a credit repair company that submits on time payments for us.... Looking into how this came about we found out that Olympus Fenwick auto enrolled us into this program without our consent. Lou again told us that this was "standard procedure" as it was in our Lease agreement. I quickly called this credit company to have them remove all of my family's info and demand to see the Addendum that was supposed to be in our lease agreement. The company sent us the addendum that should have been in our lease for auto enrollment, and sure enough it was no where to be found. When showing Lou the proof of this she simply stopped responding to our emails just ignoring the situation. On top of all this to get anything fixed in this place is a nightmare. The staff constantly uses the phrase "its old thats how its supposed to be" to pass broken stuff off as acceptable. Our garbage disposal sounded like a mac truck and it took 3 separate service complaints to get it fixed. One of the handles on a toilet was so hard to push down that my son and mother couldn't flush the toilet, but we were told its an old handle and the pressure of it is supposed to be like that. Our AC unit was disgusting and needed to be cleaned because it smelt like mold. When we filed service work for it they simply came in and sprayed some perfume in it and said thats how its supposed to be. They also tried to tell me that they clean the units regularly as I watched the maintenance guy peel off the service record sticker in front of me as if I hadn't read the last time it was serviced or knew what it was. We moved in June of 2021 and the service record sticker last date was from 2019. Overall it's just a shitty run apartment complex and I hope for the sake of anyone else that moves in there that management gets changed. read more

I lived here and I got fungus rashes (mold all over apartment) all of my body (had to move out immediately) and when I talked with the Front Desk Manager with proven records from the doctors, and they still made me pay until my lease was up. They said they could not do anything for me, truly and honestly . I spent thousands of dollars on medical bills and emergency room appointments because the fungus was going into my scalp. I have proven medical records showing this. I ended up having to pay for a place I could not live in for 5 months until my lease was up. I also had to pay $6000 or $7000 on a place I could not live in because of the fungus rashes. Please, please, please listen to me....I do not recommend this place for your own health concern and safety. At the end of it all, I was out of $11,000 because of their own negligence and unconcern for there residents. I appreciate the owner for commenting but I feel like she's lying just because it's a public post. So, I just recommend whoever lives here expect to not have a good living experience. The whole place is infected with mold in each building. This place should be closed down. read more

First, there were ants coming out of the faucet that no one wanted to see about. I went to the office and Tracey, the property manager, said I had to pay fee when that was suppose to be included in the PEST CONTROL. Pay for extra pest control...that's crazy. Then I went in to retrieve my mail and Tracey, the property manager, did not want to assist. She said she was too busy to look for my package that has been there AN ENTIRE MONTH. A WHITE lady came in with the same issue and she freely goes to look. Tracey in the office is what is wrong with these apartments. Ever since they have redone the staffing, the assistance levels for people who look like myself has dwindled and their lack of assistance is what will keep young professionals from this property. read more

At first look, and move in, everything was awesome. i loved the layout and location of the apartment complex and the activities within walking distance. Learned, VERY quickly, looks can be deceiving. I've been battling roaches for 2-3 months, with repeated calls and attempts to get issue taken care of, before anything finally got done. The dog park had "improvements" made that were beneficial only to management. Beware of the dog park if you care about your dog. There's poop imbedded all in the urine and rain soaked wood chips (oops, my bad...PLAYSAFE MULCH) and its been known for the chips to get stuck in dog's paws and cause irritation and bleeding. I've made attempts to speak to everyone in the office about this, to the point of tears because my dog runs straight to the park and gets upset because she can't play in there anymore. Lou even dismissed my pleas as if the dogs enjoyment didn't matter. Also beware of your vehicles, if you like keeping them clean. The landscaping company doesn't care where they blow all the dirt and mess when "cleaning the parking lot". My car has chips in hood and I've had to pay for extra car washes as a result. All in all....look for another place. I wish I would have read these reviews and not been pulled in by curb appeal. read more

I lived here before the change in management and my Leasing Consultant at move-in was knowledgeable and kind. She was extremely dependable and made me feel as if I was part of the "family". As I was getting ready to move out this feeling was no longer there for the new person I had to discuss my lease with. I didn't put in a 60-day notice so of course, I stayed for the extra month that I had to resultingly pay for. Prior to all of this, I was told to write a 30-day notice saying that I will be gone once that month was up I automatically went into month-to-month. This was not the case. Somehow I had to pay for more than 10 extra days that I was no longer living there or had the keys. I asked the leasing consultant where was this coming from because she told me to write the 30-day notice and she told me that she was just as confused as I was! I didn't even get a portion of my security deposit back! I would not be so upset if the reasoning for everything that was being thrown at me could be explained and shown to me by way of documentation. It would also help if the consultants were more knowledgeable and didn't have their clients waiting a half an hour or more because they spend so much of their time yelling across the office at eachother or getting up and walking across the office to talk to each other and still being unsure of themselves. Great apartments and a beautiful neighborhood but the customer service need a great amount of work and training as well. read more

A great kudos to the staff at Olympic Fenwick Property. I love the fact that the staff provides great activities for the tenants that are inclusive for all. I am impressed by the transparency and the interaction that I receive when conducting business from Atlanta. My only wish is that we had known about this diamond in the ruff several years ago. I like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Olympic Fenwick for ensuring that one of my favorite person's is safe, that means the world to me and that his happiness is valued. Literally the one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I found this community before moving to Savannah, GA from Fort Drum, NY. At first it looked nice and lured us (my wife and I) in so I settled for them. Bad idea. Within the first 2 weeks of living there I had fleas bites all over my legs and arms. I called it in and had to prove it by going to the office and showing the bites. Fast forward to 3 months later, I went to school in Wisconsin, came back and the kitchen sink flooded and got all over the dining area carpet. I got told that it was livable even though it smelled like rotten food and there was mold on the walls. It took them two weeks to get it all cleaned. This happened twice. All they did was change the padding under the carpet. After my wife mentioned the Health Department everything got fixed immediately. Neither time I was offered or told that I would get reparations or at least a hotel paid for. Came out of my pocket. Later on the rent went up due to a new company taken over. Everything started looking crappy outside. Grass had tires marks all over, tree branches weren't cleaned after the hurricane, trash cans were exploding with trash that got left outside of the community bins etc. I deceived to move out due to the increase and how crappy it was becoming. My wife and I spent a week cleaning this place back and forth from the walls, to bathroom to the carpet being hot steam, just us. They did two walk through prior to us moving out, here had no major complaints, just small things like a stain here and there. After I moved out I magically got charged a odor cleaning fee even though the carpet wash shampooed and a flea fee (because I have a dog). Called them and they told me how great of a job I did cleaning but according to them, the apartment smelled like chips and wet feet? Yet I was being praised about how clean it was before it and nothing was said on the walk through about it. No cleaning checklist before moving out. Once you turn your keys in, it's up to them, by themselves without the tenant being present, to decide what they'll charge. You have no say what so ever. So hey, if you want to get screwed over side ways with no explanation then go ahead and waste your time living here. But I wouldn't suggest it one bit. And this is coming from a current Army guy that has been forced cleanliness standards for years on. read more

Like most, I was lured into Fenwick Village by its outstanding view from the street. Then I was hooked by, if I am to be honest, amazing floor plan. (I have the "Amsterdam" their 3rd tier 2bed). Unfortunately the apartment felt like a trap. You wouldn't notice by first looking but after 1 month living here I started to noticed, I have documented 34 Discrepancies some of which include; all the water spickets are loose, my kitchen sink splash guard has half inch gaps in it, my patio door had daylight shining through it,I was missing 3 window screens, the refrigerator leaked, and these are the minor issues. The more serious include the hot water on/off valve under the bathroom sink broke off in my hand. Causing galleons of hot water poring into my bedroom. I repeat BROKE OFF IN MY HAND. O and then my oven blew up. The part that makes this all worse is I felt that management only smiled at me until I left and simply wanted me to leave her office without caring in the least about the issues I was having, I am being blamed for these issues and my insurance company will have to pick up the tab, I left Crown Villas Apartments right up the road (built in 1980) which was $400 less a month and I wish I never did. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know. read more
