Not only did I get a quote that met my budget, but John also gave me great options for payment to meet my business needs. He responded very quickly, and got my policy written up as soon as I gave him the necessary information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John for another policy, either to myself, my business, or for a friend or family member. I give him 2 thumbs up!

I have been with Reinas Insurance for over 25 years. During…read morethat time, I have never encountered any issues with them. Peter and his team work with you from beginning to end and they make everything easy to understand because understanding and reading a policy is like trying to learn a new language. I love the fact they try to work with your budget and explain what each policy includes and the cost of it. They are only a quick phone call away for whatever INSURANCE questions I have and I think that's a nice personal touch for their clients instead of being put on hold like other big insurance companies would probably do. I'll be sticking with Reinas for as long as I can.

I hadn't really thought about going through insurance (I was kind of in a literal fog for a bit), until I got a call from a Farmers rep asking if I was OK and if I needed anything. I asked around and many said it would be a good idea to just go through my insurance to cover any expenses to clean up my home and fix any damages due to the winds and fires. So I called the rep back and said I'd like to go through the process of making a claim. The process was very painless and it was all done online. A couple days later, I got a call from a Farmers adjuster and made an appointment to do an assessment of my home. The adjuster came only a few days after the call, all the way from the East Coast. After spending about an hour or so looking over my home, the adjuster went back, did his report, and sent me digitally a full, detailed assessment of what needed to be done and an estimate of the costs. This whole process took only a week or so to wrap up. This was highly unexpected, as I heard from neighbors and others affected by the fires that their insurance was taking forever and in some cases wouldn't even be able to help due to lack of fire coverage. Farmers and Todd Ma's agency is top shelf and came through when I really needed them. THANK YOU!

Mr Ara helped me get my policy from Guideone Insurance. However, 3 months ago, it wrote to say it would not renew my policy because it no longer will offer quake insurance in CA. Of course, I called Calico, left a message with an AI lady who obtained my name, phone #, and reason for the call. The next business day, Mr Ara dutifully returned my call. He very professionally went over with me the various choices I have to replace the Guideone policy. At the end I selected GeoVera based on the information shared by Mr Ara. I'm glad I have him for my quake insurance policy coverage. Will certainly refer him to my relatives and friends.
