A joke of an experience. We contacted Reinas insurance for homeowners insurance in July 2024. We were told by Sam that we were in underwriting with Mercury and it would take 10-15 business days and if they needed more info it would be a same day response. Weeks went by and we didnt hear back. My husband or I called and emailed multiple times. Sam was so hard to get ahold of. He does not respond to emails and when we finally got ahold of him we were told we were told we were still in underwriting and it would be a few more days. I finally called and complained about his lack of communication and asked to speak to someone else, only for the lady to transfer me back to him! Unprofessional and an utter lack of accountability, poor communication and lack of knowledge in his field. As of December 2024, Sam just stopped communicating with us. read more
