I loved this place. What a pleasant surprise. It's not a 5 star hotel like a Ritz Carlton might be, but as a boutique style, independent place, we loved it. Amazed at the little touches (working record player in room with selection of albums, wide array of books, themed accessories). The service was great. Fresh popcorn and slushees in the lobby, very generous grab and go breakfast (thanks Covid). Rare find - highly recommended

I would recommend this place for sure . It is like a home away from home . Literally feels like your stepping into an apartment not a hotel. The couch pulls out to a bed in the living room. There's a kitchen with full fridge , coffee maker ( single serve ) , microwave , stove top with oven , some kitchen utensils, cups and plates , etc. There's no kitchen table but a counter with chairs. In our place there was a bedroom on the first floor with its own full bathroom . Walk up the stairs and you'll find another open loft style bedroom with its own full bathroom as well . There was a TV on each bedroom as well as the living room . Our unit was on the top end , but the majority of them have its own balcony . There is also a pool , basketball court and workout room . There were TONS of kids around but they didn't seem to make a lot of noise . I think some people use this place as a permanent or semi-permanent place to stay . It seemed like high school and college kids might stay there for camps or school etc. Tons of parking . Located off a main strip . Restaurants and shopping centers galore ! If you walk a little bit you'll find a park as well .

Broken lights carelessly hanging from a wire in the ceiling. Fire Hazzard.

Book if you like bugs in your bed and horrible housekeeping. We had to book this place as a last resort because other options were already taken. It probably would have been better if we just camped out at a bus station than stay here. Our room was crawling with bugs and when we finally couldn't take it anymore I went to the front desk to complain and was offered bug spray. We just got back from a visit with family only to return to one bed made half-assed and the other not even touched. It's the kind of welcome that makes you quickly take inventory of your valuables. Aside from our personal problems the place is unremarkable at best and has that dingy, we've-been-open-too-long kind of feel. Very disappointing considering the price.

Booked a weekend stay the staff was very friendly. Loved the condo like setting! The outdoor pool and free ice cream was why I booked it!

I love the view in the middle with a nice bar and restaurant. They have a pretty water feature and a half glass elevator. They have tons of rooms and options to choose from. My suite was very spacious and filled with everything I'd need. They have great work station and seating area/ pull out couch in the entry of the room. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. They offer plenty of options and an omelet bar. The 2 included drinks with room stay are a great touch. I love how they have the catering services down to a science. They are very quick to turn over empty trays and refill everything as needed. They also are great at cleaning up after guests and clearing tables. I love that they use real plates as well- no wasting plastic plates and cups that go in the trash! Servers and front staff are professional and kind. They also offer a valet service and have an attached parking garage with fees. I know they also have a decent gym and pool as well

As someone who travels frequently for work, I stay in Hilton properties on a regular basis and have…read morealways trusted the brand. Unfortunately, my stay at Embassy Suites Lincoln on June 20 was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I've ever had. During check-in, an intoxicated woman walked up and inserted herself into the process while I was at the front desk. She stood beside me as I was providing personal information and remained there while I completed my check-in. At one point, she was standing so close that my husband and I had to ask her to move so I could even insert my credit card into the payment terminal. What was most concerning wasn't the intoxicated guest , it was that the front desk employee did absolutely nothing. No request for her to step back. No attempt to protect my privacy. No effort to maintain order or provide a secure check-in experience. Allowing another guest to stand within arm's reach while someone is sharing personal information and using a credit card is completely unacceptable. When we raised our concerns, we were told there was nothing the hotel could do because we booked through Expedia. After contacting Expedia, someone identifying themselves as the front desk manager called our room, apologized for the experience, and offered a refund. However, when I followed up later, the hotel denied that this phone call ever took place. The lack of professionalism, failure to protect guest privacy, and conflicting responses afterward are deeply concerning. This experience falls far below the standard I've come to expect from Hilton. I hope hotel leadership reviews their front desk procedures, staff training, and security practices so that no other guest has to experience this. This wasn't simply poor customer service, it was a failure to safeguard a guest's privacy during check-in. That should concern anyone staying at this property.

Remarkably inexpensive for the high-quality stay, and lots of great restaurants nearby that are also remarkably inexpensive compared to what we used to in Los Angeles. Miles at the front desk was particularly helpful, and he really deserves a raise. My experience here has left me singing the praises of both this hotel and Lincoln in general.

Upon entering, there was a seal put on the door My remote was placed in a plastic bag (liner bags used for ice buckets), but there was visible stains (possibly splash of coffee with cream?), so I decided to wipe it down. The alcohol pads were FILTHY. On the plus side, there is plenty of sanitizing stations placed through the hotel. Hot breakfast was available for $6.95, and is basically a buffet but the staff serves it for you. Service was excellent, and there were tables reserved for social distancing purposes. Unfortunately I think that guests moved these "reserved for social distancing" signs for their own convenience, and a maskless family of four ended up sitting directly next to me, which made me uneasy. I am here on business that requires a 15ft cargo van that would not fit in the garage. The front desk was knowledgeable enough to know the closest parking lot that could accommodate large vehicles. I was very appreciative as I searched for awhile before calling the front desk. It was 2-3 block walk, but it's better than parking in the 2-hr street parking!

It was also nice because we were able to bring two of our pups with us to stay for the night. There was a small fee, but it wasn't crazy. It did seem unclear on the "amenities" for the dogs because it was made to sound like they had dog beds and water bowls there, but they're for purchase. Thankfully we had brought our own just in case. The room was a little off center, so that was a little annoying but everything else was fine. We didn't hear anyone else during our stay but had seen people on our floor so we knew they were at least there.

Did I mention they're dog friendly?! For $75 more--2 dogs max. The front desk and lobby decor was seriously cute, I think the space behind the front desk was my favorite. They have a little coffee shop and cafe in the lobby and a restaurant and bar off the lobby. We've been to the bar after a Husker game and it was great! I'd recommend going even if you don't stay at the Graduate. Check in was simple but I had to go back down for a little flag to indicate dogs were in the room. They don't provide any pet supplies, but they sell bowls for $25 and have some other pet things. The room was very cute and I loved the vibes and the view. The bathroom icked me out a bit, it was old looking and didn't look shiny and clean. It was also super small! The coffee set up was just packets of instant coffee and paper cups. I went to a conference here (the reason for staying), and it was set up really nicely, there were no complaints there. I think for the price ($266 total for one night), it's a poor value for what you get, but if you don't mind overpaying for a good location this is your place.
