The shipping team work really hard and so fast for my order. They also very nice and help me when i carry the stuffs inside.

I used Annam Cargo service today and I was not pleased with the lady at the desk who handles the paperwork and payment. She asked me if I can pay "cash" from which I replied I prefer credit cards. She said there's a surcharge 3% of the total and I agreed to that. After I finalized my end with a signature on her tablet, she pulled the card out and tossed it across the table to me like a dealer at a casino dealing out new hands. What happen to the good old manners when you give something back to customers (no matter how big or small), tenderly hold it with both hands? There was no exchange of pleasantry either. Where did this person learn her manners from? On the other hand, the young man that stuffed and taped up the shipping box was very nice and courteous. But overall, my experience in this place is shattered. I believe it is time to move on with another shipping business, someone more respectful. read more
