When I tried to make an inquiry about just dropping the package (which was a laptop computer) he haughtily replied, " that is how it is done." Needless to say, I took my package and went to a UPS store where they scanned the package and gave me a receipt with a tracking #. So it seems like that is how it is done.

Long Story Longer: I'm a graphic designer and illustrator, and I was looking for a local business to make prints of my drawings/paintings for an upcoming craft fair. I had been working with a different printer, but their rates were expensive, and to be honest I wasn't satisfied with the thin paper they were using. I searched for printers on Yelp and found Express Copy & More, and I'm so happy I did! Fast forward about a year, and today I am a loyal customer. The owner, Jandark, is a lovely person all-around. She prints my work on acid-free, thick "cover" paper that is a huge step up in quality from the prints I was ordering from a different business. In terms of pricing, her rates are absolutely fair and affordable. Also, she's friendly and a joy to work with.
