The customer service could not be worse. They try to fight over customer with fast talk and lying on the prices. They told us under 10 lbs. will be charged $2.50 per pound and over 20 lbs. will be reduced to $2.00 per pound. However, they are not keeping their price and twisted their tongue to change the price whatever they want to gain more benefits. The prices are not as competitive as others in town, they put a cheap price on the web to lure customers in, but they will charge them much more with some ridiculous fees and surcharge. They charge any product with call "brand name" by look for the price on the web and do extra charge. They are trying to "steal" the money from customer as much as they can. It's very efficient in the way they work, and if you aren't sure about something, give them a call. They're very responsive! The first time I shipped with them. Everything was sweet and smooth. It cost me $650 for just clothes to Nha Trang (alot of clothes). The people in Vietnam Saigon Headquarter had called a day before to confirmed that they will delivered stuff. That was a plus! The second time I shipped with them. No phone calls. Delivery guy just showed up and since no one was home, they left. No one will sit around when they don't know when to expect delivery???!! Third time I shipped with them. This place is a scammer. I wish there were ZERO star because this place is worth NO STAR AT ALL. So I came here to send stuff to my family in Saigon. How the hell they could forget 10 VICTORIA'S SECRET LOTIONS and didn't deliver to my family. My mom had to phone them and ask them what the fuck happened to the 10 lotions. A few days later, they brought to my family only 9 of them and said one lotion got damaged but didn't want to reimburse the value of the lotion. They told my mom that they would call the office in the US and see what they could do. WTF?! If my family didn't notice the 10 lotions were missing, they gonna swallow all that and never bring them to my family. What a shame! Now I have to wait until their damn office reopen on Jan 31 and call them to see what they'll say. Anyways, I'll never ever do any business with this scamming company. Greedy!!! My first time coming in to do my business with them they were very nice. Guarantee all items will be there when hit destination. When the day come my family in Da Nang receive the box, they FaceTime directly so I can see everything. They counted all the items. Missing 2 clothing, 3 lipsticks, and my True Religion cologne was open and replaced with a half empty bottle plus the envelope address to my uncle & aunt was also missing. When I send was a brand new bottle in the box with plastic sealed. My Family did not sign for it and their people took the box back. They didn't even have a list with them from An Nam that was typed up to show the quantity of the items in the box for my family to check. I have to read off from the list An Nam to them over the Face Time! The following morning, I talk to the people over here they say they will check with their people where the items were missing at. They had another lady there calling to ask me what items exactly were missing and the valued of it. I said I don't know which clothing item they took beside knowing that 2 clothing were missing, until my family check it one item at a time with me. They also try to say that my family don't want to sign for the items so they took it back. Without stating that items were missing that's the reason why they didn't take the box. So later that afternoon An Nam already closed and their people in VN brought the box back to my family and they tell them to sign and take the box. My family FT me again and An Nam's people didn't let them check the box. They told my family if they don't sign and take it, they will take it back. (You can see where they are trying to scam us out on the missing items? If my family sign it they will say everything is there and will not replace my missing items) So we let them take it back since they won't us check to see exactly which clothing items were missing. Third Day come which is today!! ... I call An Nam to let them know that their people didn't let my family check which clothing items were missing on the second visit. The lady there said their people in VN told them we didn't want to take the box. (Well duhh..!! Why would we take the box if u don't let us check to see what's missing in the box? We won't be stupid and blindly take the box and sign for it!) they try to say it's my family fault for not taking the box! (They need a stupid slap across their face!) They aren't so nice anymore on dealing with this situation.. Trying to be rude to me saying "whatever!" When I'm telling her what happen and what I'm requesting from them. And now they are arguing me saying that I wasn't there to see the items.. (Yes I was on FaceTime while they count the items and seeing that it's missing) and they try to argued with me that their people in Vietnam now say that all the items are there and nothing is missing at all. Hold up!! What did they just do? Return the items back to me?? I still want to see it being counted! Way too much he said and she said and twisting shit around! Now they will take a pics of all the items and email it to me so I can see what is there. I said fine! Even if u send me the pics.. I want my family to open the box and see what's inside when it's at the house. Bottom line is if nothing was missing you shouldn't be so afraid for people to check what is there. And when it's all there like you said they can sign the paper and move on with their day. I want everything on paper when talking to them now. Such liars!! And try to defend them self when they know they are wrong and making the customer more angry! And show no sympathy on making it a hassle and inconvenient their customer that trusted them to send the items. I will tell everyone I know never ever to go to them! This company is a scammer. This price of $1.99/pound is that they want you come to send stuff to your families. But when you get there they will extra charge you with anything you send...lotions, milk, used bags... Also, they use a bad scale for their favor; for example, if your box is 20 pounds, when they scaled the box, somehow it is turned to 22.5 pounds. Also, they like to put your stuff in a big box to scale it if you send a lot of things. Other companies may charge $2.2 - $2.5/ pound but you don't have to pay for taxes and their scales are correct. read more
