Dan accommodated our schedule and was good about helping us make informed decisions. Because of Dan, we enjoyed the process of designing our bathroom. When it was time for the renovation, with confidence we turned the keys to our home over to the Kenwood team. Kenwood posted the calendar for the renovation in our home so we always knew what was planned for each day and which trades would be in our home while we were away at work. Occasionally we'd run into the subs and everyone was friendly and professional. For the most part, we came home at the end of the day to see the work that had been completed and to find that they had done a nice job cleaning up the affected areas of our home. Tina talked to the owner Ken and he said $75. This is horrible customer service. It also took multiple times to finally get in contact with them. I planned to redo my kitchen counters - I will definitely not be using this company. I would not recommend this company at all for countertops.

An absolutely positive experience with Arkadia Surfaces. We were shopping for countertops and saw a…read moreroadside sign for Arkadia. We drove there and they were terrific to deal with. They had quartz slabs in exactly the pattern my wife was looking for. They came to the house for a free estimate and, including the sink and demo and removal, it came in $1,000 less than any other estimate we got. When they came to install, they clearly knew what they were doing. The quartz is beautiful. The two men who came for the installation were great to deal with and respected our home. When they left, we were entirely happy with the installation. A few days later, we realized that we had a half wall across the kitchen that would look great with a quartz top. We called and asked if they had a remnant they could cut and polish for the 48" wall. We said we would pay for the piece. Two days later they called and said that the quartz was ready. My wife went to pick it up and they would not let her pay anything for the piece. They were just really nice guys. I would absolutely use Arkadia again and would recommend them to anyone for countertops. They are a class operation and really nice guys. Entirely satisfied.
