Visiting from out of town so had to go on reviews. The building and surrounds is a bit sketchy looking and roadwork out front but don't let that stop you. Very clean salon and super nice ladies, Kris did my pedicure and did a great job - very thorough. I had hurt myself that morning, calf super sore, and she was very careful not to hurt me. Go! I heard this nail salon was under a new owner/management so I decided to come in for an acrylic set. The quality of service was amazing here! When I first arrived in the salon, both nail techs welcomed me in with warm enthusiasm! My nail tech was super gentle and handled my hands and nails with great care, and this means a lot coming from someone with super sensitive cuticles! Appointment made 3 days in advance. Amazing service, hospitality, value and atmosphere! Tried out a new place with my friend who recently moved the area for a gals morning out. She did a regular manicure ($29) and I did a gel manicure ($39). Tom and his sister are very kind and meticulous in their work. Great music, clean salon, and wide selection of beverages. Very satisfied with our experience and will be back again! read more

I went today for pedicure and the nail polish come off right away , I used to get my pedicure done often in this spa with the older owner , now the owner is different , I called to request my money back and the lady from there just hung up on me saying that I wasn't very nice because I didn't like the service , unbelievable bad customer service, I will not recommend it. read more

Don't come here. Avoid at all costs. Staff is not friendly , is rude. Quality is poor and they doubled their price on some of their services. There is a new owner and he changed prices and quality that they used to have. Customer beware read more

I am editing my first review on this place. Toning down a bit from my initial reaction because of how I was treated after. Went in today on a whim of a couple other good reviews. Well my experience was not very good at all! First round my nails were super thick, uneven, and the leopard print was not at all good! It looked sloppy and odd. She didn't really listen to things I asked to fix, so I just gave up. When I got home I was really upset I just spent close to $50 on a crappy nail job. I called back because me fixing it would take to long and they should be the one to fix it. I called and spoke to the lady who had started on my nails originally. I was holding back tears cuz I was upset about my nails but also embarrassed to even call and ask for them to fix it. But she proved me wrong and was super nice about it!! I went right back in and she fixed them exactly how I originally wanted them, but apparently didnt understand me before. She reassured me to never be afraid to tell them to change anything. That she wants me to be really happy when I leave. She also apologized for rushing the first time to get to someone else. She never wants new customers to feel that way. She turned my bad experience into a good one and I actually will be going back now because of how she treated me in the end. read more

I would not recommend this salon for eyelash extensions. The esthetician doing my lashes glued extensions to my eyelids and didn't separate my eyelashes to apply the 1 to 1 eyelash ratio as professionals should. My eyes became extremely irritated from how she taped my eyelids. read more

I went to this nail salon for a pedicure. Talked my husband into going too. The place is very clean, very relaxing. They are in place with covid restrictions and I was able to witness thorough sanitation between customers. So many nail polish colors to choose from, I went with the mood changing color ! I'm not coming back. The lady who did my toes didnt clean my cuticles enough and didn't even filed the nail to get it into perfect shape. She then painted shellac on top of the cuticles. Very ugly. I complained and they tried to fix it but didn't do much. The lady who did this was not happy when I complained and was pouting all the time after I complained. I just let it go, but I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I went here several times before and was happy but not this time. Just take your business somewhere else. read more

Loved both of my visits here! Having just transplanted to the Vancouver area from my hometown, I was having an issue finding a place where I could get my bi weekly spa treatments done without breaking the bank. Thankfully I stumbled upon Paradise nails! The technicians here are personable and professional and really put effort and love into what they're doing. Also, I've had my eyebrows done at a lot of places... and out of all of them Paradise is my favorite! The lady who has done mine both time takes so much care to make sure they look nice. she goes the extra yard to trim, pluck and shape, and what is nice is its only $10.00! Versus every other shop in town where its double or more! I have definitely become a regular here and will continue to use paradise nails & spa for all my beauty needs :) . read more

My mom is a regular for nails here and loves it! She always has beautiful and even nails everytime I see her. I've been here a couple times myself to get my brows done as well as nails and recently just got a facial. Doing my brows here is always quick and painless. Eyelash extensions are great price! I have had long, medium and short length- medium looks the best and fall out without looking crazy when you're ready for a fill. I don't wear makeup on them and are very delicate when drying my eyes. Need a fill about every 3 weeks. After about 5 fills you need a brand new set- too much glue build up read more

This place was the worst place I EVER been to. I had shallac on my nails and they asked me to soak themin a bowl of nail polish remover( for like 10-15 min). That stuff is bad for your skin that long. The lady got up and started another girl without saying anything to me before she even started on my finger. I walked out I was so pissed and I really hope no one, has to deal with this. read more

Do not get your lashes done here. She uses way too much glue and they still fall out in big chunks after two days. She is rough and pulls your lashes out instead if removing with a tool or solution. I had someone else remove them. My lashes are so destroyed a have to wait a month to get new ones. read more

I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized. My mom and i used to go to this place years ago, and valentines is around the corner, so i decided to revisit this place. First impression was wowya... not only we had new onwer but the place and the music not mentioning patrick is funny and lively . So wanted to give them a try, had a deluxe pedicure the spa chair is comfy and they even make me a drink. Price was greatly low for this kind of experience. Came in first time, didn't know what to expect. They were all so kind. I actually came in for just shellac pedi and color change on nails, due to a time crunch. They asked how much time I had. And Lynn was able to do a shellac manicure while I got a pedicure done. They were so gentle on my skin and did such a wonderful job. Loved the atmosphere. Excellent experience! I was offered refreshments, greeted kindly, and thanked for coming in. My cuticles tend to bleed easily but here my hands were treated very well and they did not bleed at alllll. my cuticles look great! and the hand massage and hot towel was amazinnnng! 11/10. Amazing customer service, very gentle with my manicure and pedicure. Great deal and really nice employees. I scheduled for just a fill in, and they were able to take my cousin at the same time and were able to do a pedicure after words. Highly recommend, and will definitely encourage back! read more
