Disappointed. I live in Hickory Hills and read the wonderful reviews so I thought I'd use this florist for a specific funeral arrangement I was hoping for. They were closed yesterday (Monday) so I called as soon as they opened today. The phone number was not in service. I checked their website and drove there to place my order. The office looked like they were not in business, boxes lying everywhere and not a floral arrangement in sight. I asked the girl at the desk if they were open she said yes, told her the phone number isn't working she commented yes, we've had issues. When I showed her the arrangement she said she was just filling in the owner was sick but she'd call her to see if they could help me. She called, got no answer and said "Yeah well we probably can't help you, sorry." I was in tears because of my loss and felt like a fool leaving the place. I'll never go back. read more

Excellent service and they didn't make me feel rushed even though they were near closing. On the phone one of the employee's even offered to stay there later if I took a while getting there inside the 30 minutes before the store closed :) I don't know how Anna's Flowers isn't 100x busier, but thanks to yelp I found them! They helped me brighten up my girlfriend's rough day at work with a customized lily bouquet which came with a vase and was wrapped up perfectly. It looked beautiful; I wish I remembered to take a picture! I left it entirely in the Florist's hands and it was well above my expectations and I was very satisfied. Thanks Anna's Flowers! My family and I have been loyal customers to Anna's Flowers for over 10 years - I'm actually ashamed that I am just now writing my review. The staff here treats you like family; they take the time to hear what you are looking for and ensure you are truly happy with the finished product. They work with different price points, and they are able to customize almost anything! We have purchased Birthday, Mother's Day, graduation, funeral, "just because", house warming, get well and many other arrangements from here. They always use the freshest flowers and I have found they always last for at least a week (when I change out the water every other day). Attention to detail? Absolutely! They even add beads to the vase! I have also have purchased several silk arraignments for my home that have lasted over the years. I found something on another website and described it. They did not have the Pumpkin Spice martini birthday arrangement but, they did come up with something just as beautiful. It was a surprise for my sister in law and she LOVED it!! They delivered at the time I asked so she was home and it was an unexpected surprise.
