Customer Service was great with several furniture and home decor choices! I walked in and was greeted by Carlton. He was tall, robust and friendly! He encouraged me to take a look around and said,he would check on me later. Carlton explained that Home Zone sells the decor too! Also, they don't get paid on commission. Home Zone had a good amount of customers. In fact, I've never seen so many people at once. A few couples were shopping for bedroom suites while, employees were standing around enjoying each other's company. The Bedroom suites were nicely arranged with just the right color bedspread and pillows to enhance the appearance of the furniture. Some popular items, I noticed throughout the store were multiple sized vases, placed on a tray, which created the perfect accent. Tuffed headboards seem to be a thing of the past. Now, it's in with the new Barn Door headboards. Carlton came back to check on me and offered me a drink. He asked his co-worker to toss him a water then he handed it to me. I felt so special. It was a nice gesture. You don't have to go to the Hudson Oaks location to see a variety of furniture choices. At this location, you will discover new styles,decorative pieces and incredible well staged rooms. Make your way to the Fort Worth location. On the sale side working with Evan, I loved the quick communication over text and the detailed invoices to review. He was always available for my questions or change updates. My only issue was there was no actual signed contract for our big project. This made my husband and I uneasy at times, but Living Modern has an amazing showroom that is not going anywhere anytime soon.
