Since then I've dropped in several times to check out their selection and have been pleasantly surprised. I purchased a wallet about a year ago for about $35 and it has held up really well. After passing my principal certification exam, I wanted to splurge a bit and buy myself a new bag so I dropped in Kate Spade to check out the selection. I found a couple of bags that caught my eye and settled on a nice handbag that was classic, understated, and had a matching wallet. The price was fantastic and allowed me to grab a few wallets in addition to the handbag without feeling guilty. Although the store is often busy, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The deals are definitely worth the wait in line and I think that Kate Spade has replaced the Michael Kors outlet just across the way as my favorite store in the Grand Prairie Premium Outlet for handbags and wallets.

Then I noticed the other Body Washes we're just as empty too? I finally found one that seemed completely full. Then, when I was walking back I noticed the Cashier walking by. He noticed me and said, someone will take care of you. Then, when I got to the register, the Cashier that took the previous Cashier's spot saidz oh I'm not open?Then I went to another Lane and the person in front of me was striking up a conversation and taking a minute to get her cash out. Previously ,I asked a Target Associate for help with finding Cellophane wrapping paper. She politely told me two places to look for the paper. While shopping I saw one of the employees running around yes she had a mask on. I approached the check out. I'm sure you can guess where I'm going with this. No barrier between the guest and the cashiers and the cashiers were not wearing masks. I realize some people have health conditions that will not allow them to wear a mask, I get that, but I doubt if BOTH these ladies suffered from such a condition. It is a city ordinance now for the health and safety of all we ALL need to comply.

This location is usually pretty clean, staff is always busy, the sometimes say high. Looking for good walking shoes for her today wasn't to be completed here, they had a few, most were basically costume jewelry quality it seemed. The name brands that they had, they did not have in her size. Now, I can't fault them for that, this isn't the type of store that keeps constant stock of any one item, what's on the shelves is pretty much what they get in the shipping boxes. My rating is based on our overall experience and not with the lack of sizes.

During the transaction the supervisor behind the counter repeatedly interrupted her to push a credit card on me and all guests at other registers. I had a card but it was expired. When I said I didn't want one she replied LOuDLY from 2 PoS terminals away, "why not? You don't like saving money?" Which was meant to be funny but was actually off putting. The cashier helping me was new and needed assistance and called for that supervisor to help. The supervisor brought over another trainee to watch her help my cashier. She made comments about both of them needing to learn. The supervisor then took great pride in loudly stating "yeah they all get nervous when I come around and they make mistakes". She repeated this more than once. She frequently called the cashier helping me "girl" & said "calm Down girl" despite the woman clearly being an adult. She then relayed the comment about her making them nervous like it was a badge of honor. I finally interjected and told the supervisor that it was possible they were nervous because she was condescending and referee to grown women as "girl". She laughed and continued on making the cashier and the trainee visibly uncomfortable. To that supervisor: from my experience as a multi business leader, if your presence intimidates your team, causing them to become visibly nervous the problem is YOU not the employee. To the cashier, you deserve to be treated with dignity & respect. I will never shop at or recommend this location.
