A couple days ago there was a killer couch in the back that's got this turquoise and green floral fabric on it that is to die for and I bet if I would go there today, it would be gone . And the ladies in there could not be more accommodating because when we came by, they were actually closed, but they saw us looking through the window so they let us in. It's a great shop even if you don't find anything it's worth a visit and it's worth going to more than once because eventually you are going to see something that you can't live without. I would especially recommend it to younger people just starting out in their own homes for the first time because you're gonna find better quality furniture at better prices and it's gonna have a funky feel that's gonna be all your own.

While the listing here on Yelp says it's Fort Worth, the mall's web page says it's Aledo. I've become discouraged at all the so-called antique malls that have a majority of booths filled with chalk-painted furniture or "shabby chic" foreign-made decor. Westside is NOT one of them! This place is chock full of antiques and collectibles, and it would be easy to spend a couple of hours browsing. There's also a little diner/coffee shop inside, and it looked busy when we were there. It was a nice surprise finding this place, and I look forward to another visit.

As a Texas native, I historically feel I have to go to San Antonio for this type of pottery. I just got back from San Antonio recently and she had a couple same items (priced same or a little cheaper) and many different pottery that I didn't see in San Antonio (where shops tend to carry the same things). It reminded me of the shops in the Mercado in San Antonio except I didn't have to fight the crowds of people. The owner was very helpful and showed us different items and colors. She wasn't pushy. While we were there, some of her regular customers came in to shop. It's in a funny spot in the parking lot. But the signs are there and easy to find. I think it is next to an insurance office. He was able to fix my ten…read moreyear old Seiko Eco-Drive watch for a reasonable price and explained to me that while Eco-Drive watches technically do not have batteries, they DO have capicators that last an average of ten years and have to be replaced...like a battery, but way more expensive. (Seiko, you are misleading consumers, but that is a completely separate issue. Lol!) This jeweler also sells new and retro jewelry, which he keeps sparkling CLEAN!
