On the phone I was explaining what I knew about the fire pit he built for the previous homeowner which has never worked (he laughed at me in an insulting manner as he interjected that I must have overpaid for the house, so we were already on surprisingly shaky footing). He kept talking over me as I explained the issue and as I mentioned that I was trying to find the right person to help me he hung up. It's unbelievable that a conversation could go so poorly so quickly. There are too many awesome businesses owners out there to bother working with this one.

The owner and his staff went above and beyond to help us find the right plants. Even looked at our bed layout and provided suggestions for what might work best and placement ideas to consider. There are so many plants to choose from. The business has space across the street as well. There are plants to fit different budgets. This place is "the real deal." No fuss no muss...down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. Best purchase we've made for our house in years.

The photo wasn't of anything bad or wrong, it was not misleading or a misrepresentation, it was a legitimate photo of the outside area of the location that she says is shared with a landscaping company, tho what landscape company I do not know. The reasoning stated to me was that the landscaping company didn't want the photo of their area published. The photo was of the locations surroundings just as any Google maps search would provide, so it's not anything that can't be seen anyway. It showed their "shared space" which being "shared" still makes it part of this businesses space which serves as sort of a parking area. The rating on this review is based on the point of contact by the owner to manipulate the initial review by requesting removal of a photo that is a true representation of what is surrounding the business, part of their "shared space", this removes what is also a visual to allow others to find this out of the way place that is not on any main road. I don't feel it is appropriate for a business to private message a Yelp member for the sole purpose of manipulating what is on the review.

But it was a Saturday so I expected a higher than normal crowd. Other reviews say the location is hard to get to which isn't wrong. If you're not careful and miss the turn in you will have to navigate through a shopping center and other highly trafficked areas to find the parking lot. I can see how it can be annoying but it's not really Home Depot's fault. Short staffed as always at the self checkout but they were doing the best they could so I will not dock them any stars. One person can only work so quickly and still be helpful. Overall good trip.

This particular location is a true representation of the later store, the commercial construction store. With the business I am in, I have to frequent Home Depot rather than the other big box store because this is where my business has a corporate account. I've avoided these stores for so long because it's always been hard to find things, and even after so many years, no store is the same, and learning the layout and structure has a bit of a learning curve. This one is no exception to the rule. Driving through the extremely tight parking area full of construction vehicles to long to fit in the small parking spaces designed for compact vehicles is a challenge. In what should be a straight row of cars, it's a maze of zig zagging past long trucks, trailers, and trailer hitches that protrude from the ends of the parking spots, getting two vehicles to pass each other untouched is a feat. Let's talk about the covered area at the Pro Zone as well. Some are drive throughs, others have parking, there isn't any consistency. This one has a few parking spots under the cover, though directly in front of it supposed to a loading zone that has no traffic pattern indicated. It's a free for all, the painted lines don't really define any specific area and there isn't any staff to make sure things run smoothly in that area. Good luck in this area. The parking lot in general is a cluttered mess with pallets of products randomly placed around with no organization, there is trash and debris everywhere, almost as if it's been a decade since a cleaner came through. This is an area that truly looks like a messy construction site where no one takes pride in the work space and just throws trash around and places merchandise anywhere it can fit. The store inside isn't much better in relation to organization. The shelves are marked which helps, but to many aisles that I frequent are to often blocked with the retractable gates, even tho no one is in the aisle with any ladders, mobile stairs, or lifts. I to often have to unlatch the barricade to get to what I need for my job. Walking in, I saw 7 employees, 2 were actually helping other customers at the counter, the others were just standing around talking amongst themselves. Walking the store it's common to find 2 or 3 walking or standing just talking with the other staff, oblivious to the customers around them. I ask for assistance when I need it, tho I tend to judge a store by how attentive their staff is to customers around them. In the past 4 years that I've had to come here, I can count on one hand how many times an HD team member asked if I needed assistance finding something. As a professional I have to come here, however on my own time, I avoid this and other HD's like the plague. I prefer organization, cleanliness, and a cordial smile when passed... that's how I run my construction sites, I'd expect the same from other professional businesses.

We have shopped here for a good while and spent a good deal of money at this nursery. They have a good variety and have had good success with our plants. We purchased 3 shrubs (plant in ground) and 3 plants (container) to go around our pool. Within 30 days, despite our effort to help them, they started to brown and drop leaves. We continued to try and help them rally but they continued to die. At about 60 days we took them back to find they only offer 7 day return policy. No store credit, no refund--nothing. This was a total of $200 gone. We have never been told of their policy for returns, it's "on the receipt". All other places we have bought from have a return of 6-12 months. We were shocked and saddened to see their response -- which we were told is because we hand water, no irrigation system and therefore had zero chance of any form of return service. We will not return and hope this helps others not make the same mistake as us.
