The Paris Market is essentially like an antique shop, museum, and classy cafe all came together at once. It has a perfect vibe and aesthetic that is honestly very calming when you've been rushing around the streets of Savannah prior to walking in the door. I highly recommend getting any flavor of latte (hot or iced) as well as their incredible Parisian hot chocolate. Both were delicious and actually worth the $6/$7 price tag! Then, you can stroll around the main level and lower level shop and admire all of the treasures. I can't wait to visit again soon!

From the name and…read morebranding, we expected more of a true Parisian café experience with great pastries, little snacks, desserts, and a cozy coffee shop atmosphere. Instead, there were only a few macarons, maybe one sandwich option, and the café itself was...pretty much nonexistent. The retail side also felt a little underwhelming. The space is nice, but a lot of the merchandise was sourced from vendors you commonly see at the larger merchandise markets, so it didn't feel as unique or curated as we expected. That said, we're still glad we stopped in if you're nearby. It just didn't quite live up to the experience we had imagined

One day, I noticed that they had a sign saying Coffee and it said to come in, that they're open. I decided to give it a go. Wow! Walking in, there's a big display case full of beautiful chocolate candies. Reminded me of when I was a child and my granddaddy would take me to the Godiva store downtown to pick out some chocolates. These at Christophe's are extra fancy tho. They're hand painted! Well some of them are. A lot of the others are shaped like cute things. I got my friend a shark made of chocolate. It was hollow but the cutest thing was that it was filled with chocolate fish inside the chocolate shark! That's so appropriate for summer. My friend loves sharks and she loved this gift!!! Also, their coffee is pretty good, but they don't have many options for flavored coffees and lattes like I usually opt for. However what they do have usually hits the spot. They also sell deli sandwiches. I get the salami and Swiss sandwich. They heat it up for me in the kitchen. It is always delicious. And it's always followed by chocolate, which is the best part!

They came out with a bakery box but decided not to tell me what was in it. Later in the day, they had me open the box. I was pleasantly surprised to see a slice of Black Forest Cake. I learned about Black Forest Cake (Foret Noir) when I lived in Paris. It became one of my favorite desserts. When I saw it, I eagerly dove in to taste it. The cake was good but it did not have the same flavor that I remembered from my days in France. The chocolate was a bit overpowering for me. The slice of cake was expensive so be prepared. I did not go inside the establishment and cannot comment on the service or ambiance.

Nothing special about the crepe it was ok. The peaches? I thought they were so bad they had to be canned so I asked... no., frozen. Nothing Georgia about them. . It's peach season still and it's right next door! Presentation was amateur $20 was a RIP OFF. This dish was worth $7 and not satisfying at all so even at that price I wouldn't order it. I also feel they know it is inferred the peaches would be fresh without saying it on the menu so they are not held to that standard. but I don't think what I got were even Georgia peaches.... Luckily, considering it was early afternoon, they still had a decent variety of desserts to select from. Their drink menu is very limited, but we chose the honeycomb latte, which was absolutely incredible! (Your dentist won't be thrilled by your choice, however, lol) We also tried their cake bowl of the day and a huge salted chocolate chip cookie, which was probably one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted! The cake bowl was some sort of mixed berry, it was very tasty! There is some indoor seating, but not a lot, as well as a few tables outside when it cools off. The prices could be considered slightly high, but I felt that the quality made for a good value. So, if you're looking for a traditional coffee shop, this is not it. But if you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth in an upscale, trendy locale, you must stop in!

They are also closed on Sunday Monday's. It's very chic inside, they have a small seating area & of note they are about to open a Creamery right next door. That will be yum.
