When I called to make my appointment the front desk staff was extremely rude to me. I was a new patient just asking simple questions just so I know what to bring and she was quite rude. I went to the appointment anyway, since the doctor received rave reviews from others in my town. The appointment was scheduled three months out, so unfortunately the Mark that I had asked the doctor about disappeared before the appointment. But I still was able to get a diagnosis for my issue. The nurse and the doctor were very professional staff and treated me well. I was happy to get a diagnosis and the treatment for what I needed. I was asked to fill out a new patient survey and mail it back in. I realize that the survey even though I put low ratings for the front office staff and high ratings for the nurse and doctor that probably the front office staff would be the ones collecting them and probably discarding mine says they don't want to get in trouble. So I decided to put this review on yelp. In summary, Dr. Modley is good, she knows her stuff. Her front office staff is rude. It takes about 3 to 4 months out before you actually can get into see her For an appointment.

Cut me off every time I spoke. Would ask me questions of my family health then cut me down when told of family skin issue to say not talking about everyone else, talking about you. Was told I needed to change my son when I know when to change my son and maybe not kept in the waiting room for 30 minutes with no one around I would have been able to change him. Was asked why I allowed my 13 month old to walk around in waiting room because he fell. Umm he is a toddler. Don't most toddlers walk around and cry when you try to hold him still?? Will find another dr. If you want to be treated as a human don't go here!

My simple issue was one of those hard white heads that I could not expel .. so simple. You would think... He looked at it and turned his back away from me and scalped out a huge hole in the side of my nose. Slapped a bandage on it and left.. the huge hole he left should have taken a few stitches a least. It was so large that it never closed up.. The lab results ($) from the side of my nose, for cancer that he said he needed to send away...were of course nul. Does he not know what to look for? The service was so good I'm standing in the parking lot writing this review in real time. They are located at 750 Main Street on the 2nd Floor. Very clean and staff is very together. I have finally found my HOME in my doctor ‍. Amazing and I am so happy. Oh let me tell you what happened . On my way out I asked an elderly lady in her 70s if Clinical Associates was on Yelp. I had scheduled an appointment for my son a week ago and was just informed via phone call--1.5 hours before our scheduled time--that they would have to cancel our appointment because they don't accept children under the age of 14. It's such a waste of time! This is not stated anywhere on their website. Even so, a phone call the day the appointment was made would've allowed me to continue our search for a dermatologist. Now we are at least 2-3 weeks out from probably getting an appointment elsewhere. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
